Our wedding venue and staff were absolutely incredible! From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations and made our special day truly unforgettable.

First off, the attention to detail was impeccable. Every little aspect was carefully considered and executed flawlessly. It was clear that the venue staff took great pride in their work and wanted to ensure that everything was perfect for us.

Firstly, the great communication we had with Kassi over email. Her attention to detail and ensuring that all paperwork and planning ran smoothly made the whole process even more enjoyable. It's always a relief to work with someone who is responsive and efficient.

Not only did everything run on time, but Ange, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She stepped up when needed, taking control and ensuring that any hiccups were quickly resolved. We were especially touched when she went out of her way to get roses for my pops' memorial chair when I completely forgot. She truly is a gem!

Ange also went the extra mile by checking in at the Hermann house before the wedding to make sure the bride and bridesmaids were comfortable and had everything they needed. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel incredibly cared for.

The chapel itself was beautifully decorated and clean. The ambiance was perfect, creating a romantic and intimate atmosphere for our ceremony. It was evident that the venue staff paid great attention to detail when setting up the chapel.

Now, let's talk about the food. It was absolutely delicious! Every dish was perfectly cooked, and the pork belly was hands down the best I've ever had. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how tasty everything was. The venue's culinary team truly knows how to impress!

The bar staff were also amazing. They were kind, attentive, and made sure that everyone's drinks were topped up and that everyone was happy. Their friendly and professional service added to the overall positive experience.

The amenities were clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked. It's always a relief to have access to clean facilities, especially during a special event like a wedding.

And let's not forget about the beautiful garden. It was meticulously maintained and added a touch of natural beauty to the venue. It was the perfect backdrop for our photos and provided a serene atmosphere for our guests to enjoy.

Lastly, I want to give a shoutout to the bus driver. They were so lovely and helpful, ensuring that everyone got on and off the bus safely. They also took great care of my grandmother and drove with utmost caution, making sure everyone arrived at their destinations safely.

Overall, our experience with the wedding venue and staff was absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect, from the beautifully decorated chapel to the delicious food and the attentive bar staff. The amenities were clean and well-stocked, and the garden was maintained to perfection. The bus driver was also incredibly kind and took great care of everyone. White Chapel was the perfect place for our wedding. The chapel, gardens and Black Hall were set up beautifully. The staff, led by Ange, did an excellent job to make sure that everything went smoothly with no issues. The food was exceptional with plenty to go round.

Absolutely stunning venue in such a quaint town. April has created the ultimate, intimate wedding venue that offers everything from the chapel, to the alfresco area's and then the barn for the reception designed to keep everyone together onsite. The team are amazing and make it happen seamlessly.
I can't wait to be back.

Five stars is not enough! Our wedding day at the venue, the access to grounds and homestead was incredible. If you are looking for venues, take a drive out to Kalbar and have a look around, you will be impressed for sure.

Attended a wonderful wedding here recently and was so impressed by the service, attention to details, food and wonderful condition/upkeep of the whole complex. Would recommend for couples who are looking for a venue with a max of 80 x people.

We couldn't be happier with our wedding day carried out at White Chapel Kalbar - communication and service right from booking a viewing to our wedding day was fantastic. The team at White Chapel are accommodating, understanding and very supportive. Kassi is very proactive with regard to organisation and ensuring everything is under control. Ange - the wedding coordinator was always there when we needed her. She ensured everything on the day went according to plan and ran smoothly. We cannot thank everyone enough for their contribution and efforts towards our day. Food was amazing - many of our guests complimented the menu, and our cake slices were beautifully presented. All drinks were very reasonably priced and our limited bar tab ended up being enough to service the night. One of the main reasons we chose White Chapel is one place looking after all of the large aspects of the wedding. Accommodation, wedding and reception venue, bar services, catering, transport for our guests as well as the wedding car and photography. One provider coordinating everything makes life so much easier and minimises the risk of different vendors potentially letting you down or having hiccups along the way. Thank you again to everyone involved.

White Chapel and Black Hall are beyond amazing! The venue is beautiful and so classy! The staff are on another level. Every detail is so well thought through! We were so sad at our bump out to say goodbye as we had the most perfect day!

My now Husband phoned Kassi at white chapel to organise our wedding in a month due to my sickness & our fur babies sickness. We didn’t want to regret not having our little family at our wedding & the team at white chapel were absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better venue & professionalism. Nothing was too difficult & they made the wedding process stress free & enjoyable! Highly recommend for every wedding.! The venue is spectacular, food delicious & staff are amazing! As well as organising our photographer & florist! The process was so manageable, it took the weight off our shoulders & we were able to enjoy the wedding process & day 💍

I’ve visited white chapel black hall many times over the years. April and Paul have created an amazing space for our area and we are fortunate to have such a place.

We just had our wedding at the White Chapel and the Black Hall and it was absolutely wonderful. From our initial viewing, through COVID changes, menu adjustments and last minute wrinkles, everyone we dealt with was wonderful, especially Aimee, our wedding coordinator, and Kassi, who was always so responsive by email. All of our guests were very impressed by the venue and commented on the beautiful lights and decor, and the delicious food. I really cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and attention to detail - it all made for a perfect day!

The team at White Chapel Kalbar and Herrmann House provided us with an absolutely outstanding service. Prior to our wedding Kassie was extremely prompt at replying to emails and inquiries, and then when the wedding came around, our wedding coordinator Ange was exceptional at making our day flow, checking in on us, and truly making our vision for our day come to life. Wow. This was complemented and enhanced by the beautiful house to get ready in before the wedding and the White Chapel venue its self. These two facilities are kept immaculate and our guests continually commented on their beauty and elegance.
