I just wanted to leave this review that not only was I met with a friendly staff member but was able to walk in for an urgent matter and able to be seen that day. Such a lovely doctor that was able to see me in a timely matter and provide me with the treatment I needed. Awesome that they are open on Saturday and Sunday as well. Could not recommend enough.

I’ve seen Dr. Lilly Schneider today, after feeling led down by another practice about my condition. She was very open, knowledgeable and friendly. Not something that’s easy to find these days. She also was spot on with her diagnosis that was later on confirmed by a specialist. The appointment was also on time and didn’t feel rushed, which I very much appreciated. Hopefully I’ve found our local GP for my family for the long run.

Today, I visited Dr. Ambika Rani and I am extremely satisfied.
Dr. Rani's professionalism, knowledge, and friendly approach truly impressed me. During the consultation, she patiently answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the treatment options. I felt very safe and comfortable. Many thanks to Dr. Rani. I highly recommend her!

We've been to the practice twice now, both walk in last minute. Excellent care. Very good doctors with prompt and attentive follow up. Dr Sophia Song was our Dr this time and I'd highly recommend.

The centre was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Waiting time wasn’t long, I booked initially for 3.45pm and saw a doctor after 15 mins. Dr. Ambika was the doctor I booked for, she was great at all times, asked questions relevant to making a diagnosis and did not rush, and generally was just a doctor that cared about my wellbeing. Would highly recommend her and this medical centre if you live in the area.

On Sunday morning I tested positive for Covid again and needed to get antivirals due to my age and some health considerations. I found this practice on the Healthdirect website. The GP to whom I spoke was excellent, thorough, meticulous, and efficient. It was a long call and she took a pretty complete picture of my health history and offered both advice and reassurance. I was extremely impressed and would absolutely use this practice again. Highly recommended!

Doctor Cheng is the most patient and lovely doctor that I've ever met. He took his time to treat me, went through all of my options thoroughly and understood my anxiety. All of the staff are kind and helpful. I would recommend Dr Cheng to anyone.

Dr Schneider is fantastic. Kind, caring, takes her time with you. We’re fortunate to have found a doctor like her.

My wife recommended I give this practice a go, seeing as my current GP is hardly available nowadays. I made an appointment online, gave them the information they needed, and was in and out on time. No questions or issues.

Staff and Doctors are very friendly and I intend in making this my medical practice of choice.

I had an appointment with the GP Dr. Lily and she was very kind and competent. She was carefully listening to anything I had to ask, and helped me greatly in understanding what my options were (and how the Australian health system works - very differently from my home country). The appointment started perfectly in time and all the staff members were friendly and competent.

I recently attended Lanecove Medical Centre first time and am amazed to receive support from Dr. Rida who spent time to attend me and in taking history of my medical condition. The visit was extremely satisfying and will recommend others to book their appointments knowing that they will be heard and support will be provided in best possible way.

Dr Lara is superb, as a registered nurse myself I can appreciate the role. Dr Lara is thorough and friendly and I have every confidence in going to her for all of my medical and psychological care.

I had an appointment with Dr Rani, my first at this clinic, and I could not recommend her more. She took the time to explain everything to me and double-check that I understood, and was endlessly patient and thoughtful in her approach. She is an excellent doctor and I will be returning to this clinic.

I recently visited Dr Garg and it was an extremely positive experience. Dr Garg was patient, compassionate and very understanding. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was very knowledgeable and easy going. Would definitely recommend Dr Garg to anyone in need of a GP.

Dr Rani is a caring doctor that provides comprehensive treatment. Dr Rani is excellent and the best doctor I have ever had.

Dr Hookins was very helpful in working out the best way forward for us when we just came in for a referral. Above and beyond and much appreciated.

Amazing practice with a great team of doctors who are highly experienced. Whether the consult is in person or via telehealth, the time is taken to make you feel that your health and wellbeing is their priority. Would highly recommend all doctors, especially Dr Georgie.
