Absolutely recommend Beyond dental care. Staff are always friendly and nice. they look after you. Dr Jacky is extremely great. Very quick and makes sure you are comfortable the whole process. Dr Jacky is amazing at explaining everything and breaking it down so not overwhelming. The whole team make the experience as pleasant as possibly can.

I had not been to the dentist in a long time so was quite apprehensive. However the great customer service and expertise from Dr. Jacky alleviated these worries straight away. She makes you feel comfortable and explains everything clearly. Highly recommend this practice.

As a person who gets anxious with dentists and usually avoid. This is by far the best experience I've had. Dr Natalie is very professional friendly, and gentle Could of had a nap while having my procedure done. Thank you for such a amazing experience.

Excellent care and environment at this clinic. I saw Dr Jacky and she is so kind and gentle and even gave me a numbing rinse before my teeth cleaning.
They offer you tea or water when you arrive for your appointment and also have a menu of additions such as a lavender eye mask or squeeze ball to make your appointment less stressful. Cannot recommend highly enough, especially if you are scared of the dentist!
I also received a cool gift pack after my appointment with some groovy teeth socks and a travel mug.

I will be recommending you to all of my friends and family!

If going to the dentist makes you nervous, this is the dentist for you. The comfort options made available make you feel like you’re at a day spa. Dr Jacky and Linda couldn’t have been more friendly and everything was explained clearly. I won’t go to any other dentist. Strongly recommend!

I am a new patient and saw the lovely Doctor Natalie for my general clean and to prepare a dental plan. The fear of judgment has always been a concern of mine when sitting in a dentist chair and has therefore lead to me never following through with dental plans in the past. I can proudly say that my experience was second to none and I am actually excited to finally receive the treatments that I have been avoiding for a long time now. All of the staff were so amazing. Highly recommend :)

I haven’t been to the dentist for a long time and didn’t expect the fabulous treatment I received from Jackie and her staff! So very kind and understanding, 5 fillings in one sitting and to be honest I could have slept through it as Jackie was so gentle! I certainly recommend going to Beyond Dental Care at Burpengary for exceptional service!

Dr Jacky was amazing today! She thoroughly explained everything and did the most gentle Anesthesia I have ever had! She was lovely and definitely up for a chat as she worked. I felt so comfortable that I am booking my little girl in straightaway, I think Dr Jacky will make her feel comfortable and help ease her anxiety surrounding dentist visits!

Also all the other staff I spoke to/seen were so friendly and helpful!

The complimentary T2 relax tea was delicious and eased my nerves before going in!

Will definitely be back with my family and refer my friends/family here 😄

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jackie and her assistant. They were incredibly welcoming, gentle, and friendly, which helped ease any anxieties I had during my visit. Dr. Jackie's encouraging and understanding attitude towards her assistant was also commendable. Highly recommend their care!

Highly recommend Dr Jacky. She was beyond amazing with our Toddler who came for his first check up for free as a part of their mum and me package. They were also so patient working around our Toddler while mum got her check up done as well.

The receptionist was super lovely, warm and welcoming and we even got a little welcome goodie bag.

We could not recommend Beyond Dental Burpengary and Dr Jacky the dentist more highly if you have little ones!

Amazing service especially for people like me with high anxiety about the dentist. The have a range of services to offer to help make you feel at ease and the kind atmosphere was a welcome change.

My 13 year old Daughter had her first appointment today and saw Dr Jacky Shum who was very kind, reassuring, informative and professional. This is the first Dental service we have used where there are many free extra options available (stress balls , lavender eye pillows, warm blankets, Netflix, noise cancelling headphones etc) that make the experience much more pleasant and comfortable. I most highly recommend Beyond Dental Care for your next dental visit!!

I cannot rate this practice highly enough! From the minute you walk through the door you feel relaxed and welcomed from being offered a glass of water, to having a comfort menu offered to try and make your experience at the Dentist more comfortable. Dr Jacky and everyone else was so reassuring and gentle, checking in at a number of points during my clean. My children (1 and 3) also felt very comfortable being here, and even let Dr Jacky check their teeth (it being their very first visit) which is nothing short of a miracle.
It really is in the small details that make places like this comforting (and enjoyable!) so i really have to commend the team at Beyond Dental for creating such a comforting and safe space 😊😊

Excellent service for my son, from start to finish. I came in for my son and had the bring my younger two children in as well. The staff were amazing with all 3 of them! Dr Natalie was absolutely brilliant l, would highly recommend!

Went in for a standard check-up & clean today but ended up with more information than any dentist has ever given me.

Dr Jacky was straight forward and honest with me about what teeth to look out for and even gave me a full jaw X-ray to discuss my wisdom teeth. The lady at the reception desk was also lovely and helped me to find the necessary phone number to get help with my wisdom teeth removal.

Would 100% recommend visiting if you live in the burpengary area especially if you're generally pretty anxious at the dentist as they go above and beyond to help calm down those nerves with their complimentary service menu which includes head & back pillows, stress balls, sound proof headphones & way more. Will for sure be visiting again for my next check-up in 6 months.

What an incredible experience! From the moment you walk in you are met by friendly, caring staff who genuinely want to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.

I took my son who has ASD, Sensory aversions and high anxiety for a check up and Dr Jacky was so lovely with him. Kind, patient, and very calm, she talked him through things and I watched him become more relaxed just by the way she spoke with him.

The comfort menu is a brilliant idea, and for my son he loved that there were options like weighted blankets, squish balls and noise cancelling headphones to choose from.

5 stars does not seem enough for their knowledge and the care that they give. Highly recommend.

As someone who avoids the dentist at all costs due to deep seated fears from my teens. I cannot recommend this dentistry enough!!! I had a root canal done and from start to finish I felt no pain or discomfort. I was fully informed from start, during and finished. And if I didn’t already think the world of them, they call me the next day (Saturday morning) to check if I’m ok. 10/10 highly recommend!!!!

Dr Jacky and Jen are fantastic! Nice and gentle and no fluffing around.

The practice has a range complimentary options such as mouse cancelling headphones, stress balls, netfkix and other options which make the experience even better!
