I love the results I get with my hair with Mia. My hair always feels amazing and i love the Smoothing treatments she has recommended to reduce how often I have to straighten my hair at home! Absolutely beautiful and relaxing salon atmosphere :-)

I’ve started seeing Mia over the last few months for my blonde hair needs. I generally get a full or half head of foils along side a treatment, cut/style etc.
Mia and the team instantly made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I always look forward to my relaxing appointment and love the results each time. Thank you Empress Hair!

Had a great first appointment experience at Empress Hair Murrumba Downs yesterday. It is a very nice open relaxing salon where Customers come first! Bella and Ashleigh are so lovely, and I am very happy with both my hair cut and colour, as well the Vegan hair products they use are really nice too. Very happy to say I found my new hairdresser and happy to recommend. 

I have found my forever hairdresser!!!! I was very nervous from having a terrible experience last time I had my haircut. But from the first 5 seconds I walked in the the door at Empress hair Murrumba Downs the ladies made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were friendly, professional and very accommodating. As soon as I sat down they made me a coffee and gave me a chocolate. I cannot thank Angela enough as she talked me through every step, listened to everything I wanted and gave me great advice. It is the BEST haircut I've ever had, Angela styled it perfectly!!! I'm already booked in for a colour and honestly cannot wait!!!! Seriously give these ladies a go you won't regret it.... I highly recommend Empress Hair at Murrumba Downs.

Empress hair has been my hair dresser for a couple of years now and they have always done a great job! Very friendly staff. Your hair is in the best hands here.

I'm a male with medium/long hair so I find it hard to find a place that
will do a good job. I've had 3 different stylists and they have all cut my hair perfectly.
The Stylists always listen and offer great advise when unsure.
I trust this place!

What an incredible result. The ladies here are fantastic. My hair looks and feels wonderful. Full head of blonde foils with a product that has left my hair feeling nourished and revitalised, not dry and damaged. The service Is excellent, the skills are beyond amazing and the fact so much effort went into ensuring I was well informed and also accommodated for an appointment at short notice was greatly appreciated.

Being blonde I struggle to find a hairdresser that can get me to the colour that I want. Last week I had my first hair appt at Empress Hair Murrumba Downs & I have honestly never been so happy with the end result. This salon is Very,nice staff and very helpful.
Long story,short;Originally I was going to another salon(which wasn't empress hair)for a shampoo and blowdry (which I had booked a week ago,for a sat morning)but the day before appointment (Friday)that salon rung me & said cancelled my appointment saying they are short staffed and cant accomodate my shampoo anymore because someone called in sick,I was bit annoyed & surprised that no one else could do it as I had booked this way in advance.
So anyway I started to ring some nearby salons for getting a shampoo and blowdry for sat(only 1 day away !)and when i rung Empress hair they were really nice over the phone & very kind to squeeze me in for next day(sat)so I went there this morning to the murrumba downs salon and was looked after by Ang and Bell,they were both lovely.I had a shampoo done along with blowdry+straighten and I was very happy with the service and they were very quick too.

I have been going to Mia at Murrumba Downs for approaching a decade. Mia is exceptionally professional and friendly, well-priced and always does an amazing job. I will continue to use her even when we move out of the area!

Mia has been doing my hair for years, she is down to earth, highly skilled and a beautiful natured women who runs a fantastic empire, she always makes me look the very best I can, thanks sweetheart ❤

Highly recommend Empress Hair, excellent stylists very knowledgeable in their art. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Price is also very reasonable.
