We have always been treated well and promptly at Burns Bay Medical Centre. The staff are courteous and Polite. The doctors are informative and helpful. We recommend them.

First time visit as we are new to the area. I had an excellent experience with Dr Browne. I had a long appointment and didn't feel rushed at any point and she was very attentive, friendly and took the time to explain things. Also friendly and supportive service at the front desk.
Will be our regular GP from now on.

Have been going to burns bay medical centre since 2022 and the doctors take the time to listen to you always. I always make an appointment to see a doctor there, high recommended to make a booking. Haven’t looked back since switching medical centres. Very clean and staff are approachable.

I highly recommend the team at Burns Bay Medical. I have been a patient of the practice for years and have always been happy. This week my family had an emergency and they fitted us in with no fuss and provided exceptional care. Thank you to Dr Shabbir and the whole team.

My doctor saw me on time and was very interested in my needs and thorough. He followed up with pathology early the next morning (a Saturday). I was very pleased with the professionalism of the surgery and the my doctor.

Pathology open 8am to 1pm Monday to Thursday, no queue, fast and efficient when I attended this morning.

A new doctor, DR KEVIN SU is now at this practise. He was my previous GP, 3 years ago and a fantastic GP and I HIGHLY recommend him!

Wheelchair users should be careful of the outside flag stones, as it was difficult to navigate with my walker.

Excellent staff, welcoming and patient and the doctors are first-rate - Emelie, my GP has all the time you need and is very patient and a great listener. Jacqueline the nurse is welcoming and professional. I am very happy having these great people available.

Doctors are excellent, can usually fit you in last minute if you are willing to see any doctor, lovely reception staff. Very good practice all round, have liked every doctor I have seen
