Love this petrol station! Their service is amazing. Deepa and Vinny always make my day as I’m greeted with a smile and leave with positive vibes.

There coffee and fast food options are on point. A convenient 24 hour place when you feel like a snack and nothing is open! Hint My boys love there milkshakes. Also I love my chai latte with almond milk! Yep they have those options… #NotYourTypicalPetrolStation

The staff here are incredible - Very polite and professional.

This station is absolutely immaculate - Everything is very tidy & neat.

The sandwhiches don't look like they've been sitting around for hours - and rarely have I shown up and they've been out of stock an item.

All the staff look like they genuinely enjoy their jobs - and it really comes through when interacting with them.

As I said - I rarely review unless the staff & Facilities are above and beyond - and this team is really something special.

From the moment you enter the shop, you are greeted by friendly staff that go above and beyond to ensure your experience there, while brief, is one that you will remember and is the main reason why this is my go to place when I need to not only fuel up, but also grab a bite to eat. VINNI is the man to see here, makes a great coffee and never disappoints with his customer service.

My life saver. I accidentally put the wrong petrol in the car and Pavan came to the rescue. He assisted me to make sure I do not damage the car. He calmed me down when I was so frazzled!!! The lady in the checkout counter was also accommodating too. Let me stay inside the shop away from the heat. They made my complete blunder to a wonderful experience.

While returning to the city from a northern beach surf session, we made a pit stop at this gas station to pick up some snacks. To my delight, I discovered their hot dogs, which were not only incredibly affordable at $3 but also taste great! The highlight of our visit, however, was the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Their warm and welcoming service made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for a quick, tasty treat and a pleasant encounter!

Not really sure how to describe this as petrol station doesn't do it justice. Yes, you can get fuel here (download their app for heavy discounts) but you can also get fresh baked croissants, Moe's hot dogs and shakes, Barista coffee and even fresh squeezed orange juice.

The team there are really lovely and will go the extra mile to keep customers happy. It's open 24/7 which is great if you want a midnight treat.

The customer service here is exceptional and very helpful. You can purchase hot dog, and snacks from here. The lady named Deepa was very friendly, we had a nice chat as I was waiting for my hot dog. Will come back again.

The warm and friendly service added to the delightful experience. Soumil was very kind to recommend us great croissants. The croissants were not only visually appealing but also incredibly delicious. I’ll surely return for more, in my next trip to Sydney 😄

24 hour hot dogs, nice clean servo lots of variety of snacks, hot foods and drinks would recommend for any local or anyone for a quick pit stop. Bell served me and my friend and was lovely and provided 10/10 service.

I went in at 2:30 in the morning which is so good as I do night shift. A lovely woman named Bell made me a great coffee and has honestly helped me get through the night.

I visited this place this afternoon, super awesome guy at the desk, soumil. Very kind and was happy to help with a big smile. One of the best servo i have visited. He served me one of the best hotdogs very warm and perfect coffee took my tiredness away! Will definitely visit again.

Soumil was very friendly and he helped me as to charge my phone and advised me with the directions I needed. He's a pro barista as well I reccomned the Ice coffee with dark chocolate syrup.

The service at OTR is outstanding!! It’s now my regular for my morning coffee. Great coffee and such good value. Pavan greets you with a smile every morning!! They also don’t charge extra for Soy milk!
Great addition to Lane Cove

OTR Lane Cove is the most wonderful local service station emphasis on "service". The staff are exceptionally friendly. Fuel prices are usually the lowest in the area and you get more of a discount if you use their app. You can pay without entering the store, so convenient, but I would miss my daily conversations with the amazing baristas. The staff recognize what I want and always have ample stock.

I always stopping by to go to work and honestly I found great customer service always happy and with a huge smile.
Considering I’m Italian I drink a lot of coffee and this place has awesome coffee and ITALIAN croissant you must try believe me the plain one is the best !!!
