Drinks were cold , staff were helpful

Best coffee I had i years.

Cappuccino was more frothy than creamy. Carrot cake was decent. Back again today, banana bread was good soy cappuccino looked like weak tea!

Hi Guys.... I understand your prices being high --- after all, you have a captive market. But really, a smile occasionally would not go astray. (Take note, the lady with the glasses, and the young girl making coffee yesterday.) After all, WE are the ones who pay you - your Customers.

25 waiting minute periods. Staff very rude. Had coffee spilled all over my lids. People before me got their order. Coffee ok

Staff are rude and obnoxious. Mocking customers, no manners, making inappropriate comments. The list goes on. Clearly a toxic bunch in there. Given your located in a Hospital you would think compassion and the upmost wonderfull manners would be common sense. But no. I will never return.
Clearly many think the same, your the talk of the town all over Facebook this morning.
Somethings got to change!

The absolute worst ‘berry smoothie’ I have ever tasted.
