Tania, from Urban Key Realty, was more optimistic about the selling price of our investment property than we were. Tania did extensive market research on house sales in our suburb over a number of years as well as taking the current market trends into consideration before giving us a selling price. The house was not on the market for very long before Tania secured an offer. Contracts were put in place and the process began. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the results that we got working with URBAN KEY REALTY and Tania in particular.

I found Tania very unprofessional as a Property Manager. The poor communication, grammar and incorrect RTA information provided to all parties involved was appalling. As an owner I will not be working with Tania again.
