Masala Kitchen Lane Cove

We just had lunch there and the Lunch special “Thali” was excellent and on point! I have high expectations with Indian food having visited India quite often for work and the lunch was excellent - fish curry, lamb curry and chicken curry. The lychee gin cocktail was also excellent.
Highly recommended for overall experience food, ambience, service and drinks !

The staff, service and food are incredible! We are regulars to Masala Kitchen and each time we dine we have never been disappointed. Our fussy eater toddler also adores the food here and foregoes the children’s menu to enjoy their delicious curries and entrees. Thank you to the staff for always making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our dining experiences.

I would come again and again for vegan butter chicken! The samosas were also deliciously crispy on the outside but could use a touch more chutney (but that’s just my preference!). Servers tonight were very attentive.

Very modern take on the classical Indian restaurant. It has a buzz about it, bright, airy and comfortable. Expansive bar adorns the interior. Staff are courteous, meals are served efficiently with good time between entrees and mains. Very good range of food and vegetarians are well cared for. Quality is excellent and food is well presented, see the pictures to appreciate it. Highly recommended.

Had a really lovely dinner here for a mid week treat. We came here coz I was keen to try the indo-chinese dishes like the momo and they did not disappoint. So much flavour in everything that we bought extra food to take away for later. The cocktails were also refreshing and very tasty. Service was very attentive and friendly-we felt very comfortable here. An overall great meal.

I wasn't expecting much from an Indian restaurant in Sydney's North Shore until last night. Masala Kitchen in Lane Cove was impressive from a multiple points of view. Firstly, the atmosphere, secondly, the friendly service and lastly, the food. Happy New Year!

Fantastic food, very friendly staff who are very accomodating and welcoming. had a nice guitarist throughout the night and lovely atmosphere. Highly recommend their cocktails 10/10!

10/10 all round. I tried their Thali last week and it was delicious! Reasonably priced for a generous portion and extremely tasty. Great value and service. The only thing is the opening hours 😁 they open at 12pm but on their store front and google it still says 11am. Thank you so much Masala Kitchen for a wonderful meal. Will be back soon.

Been here a couple of times now and food is excellent. Recommend the goat curry. They also have an extensive drink menu if you’re feeling inclined to try lots of cocktails.

Continues to deliver an innovative take on Indian cuisine. Staff are ever obliging and they seamlessly and professionally compliment the quality that comes from the kitchen. You might pay a dollar more, however, as an example, lobster tail curry for well under $40 is rare in any restaurant. Sitting on the outdoor terrace on a balmy Sydney Summer evening is something not to be missed.

By far the best restaurants I've tried in Sydney for modern Indian cuisine. 10/10 for presentation and spice levels toned according to the crowd with little comprise on flavour. Our taste buds were blown away by the flavour and out hearts won over by the exceptional friendly service from Dr. Non-Boss (Anna) :)

Awesome food coupled with great service, interesting crispy okra fritters with tangy sweet tamarind dip, the goat curry and palak paneer was authentic and full of flavour, enjoyed the attention, staff checking if everything was ok, live music was a plus!!! Wonderful addition to the food scene in Lane Cove, we will definitely be back! Thank you

The best Samosas I’ve ever had! Superb menu selection. The friendliest staff, and the best Indian food going around! A must try!

Great food, we loved the curry and there was even food for the kids. We had cocktails while the kids ran on the grass.
