What a Fantastic company! A big Thankyou to Bruce, Brad n their team for fixing my waterTank problem in a honest n quick way. Another company that I had been going to for over 15 years quoted me $1890 to fix the problem n it would take them 6 weeks!!!! These wonderful guys fixed it in one afternoon at $168!!!! I have absolutely hated my crusader castle triple bunks from the day we purchased our caravan. They were poorly designed which meant that the ladder and sides got easily dirty because the ladder was bolted to the sides and it was made from gritty material which also made it hard to clean. Beds were difficult to make and impossible to take out the matresses in the event the needed to be aired out. Plus it felt stuffy in the bunks.

I dropped off my van to the caravan repair center and explained that I wanted bed sides which were made of a smooth material so it was easy to clean and easy to access, the team went above and beyond and what I got back was soooooooo much better then I had hoped and the quality of the workmanship, amazing.

I have attached a before and after photo. I'm so impressed with the outcome and attention to detail!

From the very beginning, Brad was extremely thorough in his inspection of our van pre claim, and throughout the repairs process, kept us informed of progress and any issues that may have arisen.

Brad and his team made me feel welcome and despite the high demand on their time were able to assistant in an urgent matter. I was really impressed by the fact that the part I needed was not generally available and so they helped me secure the part and then squeezed my job in to install it so that I could get back on the road quickly. We had an issue with our 1 month old caravan and Brad and his staff went above and beyond to fix an issue with the door so we could continue our around Australia trip. After an unfortunate accident while travelling on holidays in North Queensland, I was given the name of this company by a fellow traveler by chance. I contacted the company immediately which was on a Friday afternoon and I was approximately 1000kms away. I was advised by Brad (Manager) that they were very busy but he was willing to look at the damage to my van and advise.
When I arrived on the Sunshine Coast on Monday morning, Brad assessed the damage and as I was travelling through to southern states he and his team went out of their way to render assistance by repairing the damage very efficiently and timely so that I could continue my travels. The quality of the workmanship and service received was far above my expectations. I highly recommend this business to the caravanning fraternity.

Brad and his team are simply the best.
We had been to another company that were just starting out here on the coast. They let us down and our first ever QCAT proceedings took place. There are two sides to every story and will leave that there.
With this in mind we went to Brad and the team with our precious sprinter motorhome.
Brad immediately calmed our grey nomad nerves and promised to fix all the things wrong with the motorhome.

We just had the annual service performed on our van as well as gas compliance and safety certificate along with a few minor issues that needed fixing. Brad and the team at CRC I must say were nothing short of fantastic. They worked in with our time frame despite how busy they are and the work quality, tremendous! All this and friendly staff who are happy to talk with you and their communication cannot be faulted. give friendly and professional service. No job is too big or small ... nothing ever seems to be a bother, and they only do what needs to be done - so no nasty surprises at pick-up time. The entire team are kind and respectful. I definitely recommend these guys!

Brad and his band of very talented merry men serviced our new-to-us caravan a few months after we bought it. They were able to identify several issues that needed attention and recommended replacing several parts that could have become dangerous if left unattended. I needed a service done on my caravan at very short notice spoke to Brad on the phone and he told me that they were completely booked but would get it done. He kept me informed about the repairs needed and it was done within 2 days at a very reasonable price. They even allowed me to keep the van on site when I wasn’t able to collect it for a few days. Highly recommend these guys outstanding service thanks.
