Hi didn't get my phone fixed got a quote for a samsung s9 and yes the screens are not cheap and the lovely gentlemen suggested if it wasnt too bad to keep on going and put the cost to a new phone - agree totally as it is some years old and coming to the end of its life. Sage advise thankyou sometimes good service is about spending the $$$$

The image stabilizer in the camera in my iPhone7+ died. Ty said to come back in 30 mins. I did and the whole camera was replaced for what I thought was a reasonable price. Camera works fine now.

The person who helped me was very helpful with advice and presented my options to help me make the correct decision regarding repair of my device. They didn't pressure or charge me for this advice and I thought this showed integrity. I would go back to them for help with my phone repair issues.

I rang Matt asking for a repair on a Samsung tablet. What i expected was a faulty battery / charge port. Quote received was approximately $75 per unit.
I received a text 48hrs later stating unit was ready.
Total price was $19.00 for a certain system reset.

I had a problem with my microphone that was regularly intermittent. I rang M2R and they said they would squeeze me in. Once I explained that I needed it for work, they stripped it, cleaned out, sealed and reassembled. All in less than an hour while I had some lunch. My carrier wanted it for 5 days.. He told me what he found and I haven't had a problem since and it's been over a week.

5 star service ... Thai was friendly, approachable, no question was too silly AND he fixed my phone in the time specified for a great price. 100% recommend.

Went in there. Asked for a new battery and replacement of the charger port on the phone. Told it will be ready in an hour. Was ready in less than an hour. Had no dramas so far and it's been about a month since my phone was fixed.

This place was super professional and wouldn't even charge if they weren't able to fix what they thought was wrong. But they already had my phone fixed the very next morning and Thai was very friendly :)
