Every time I come here their loyalty card machine doesn’t work which as far as I know has been going on for nearly a year. And they do Make a good Hot chocolate

Great coffee as at most GJs franchises, unfortunately lost a star as some owners would rather charge you 20 cents to use a card (and not signpost it) than make customers happy.
Also this particular store still has only the old loyalty card system which I thought had been phased out, so I couldn't use my card.

I like the coffee & service but when are they going to serve coffee in real mugs not in takeway as we always have ours there.
