Great customer service! John in the menswear department went above and beyond to help me sort out an issue with an incorrect item being sent out to me via online store, in place of my actual purchase.

I've been shopping at Myer Roselands for over 25 years, and my experience has always been a positive one!

Love that there is still a Myer store in my local area. The staff in the store are always polite and very helpful.

Its got everything! Health food store pharmacy fruit and veg Aldi Woolworths Coles. Takeaway shops restaurants beauticians bread shop juice bar spas haircuts barbers. Banks dress shops menswear You name it it's there, and ample parking about five floors. Plus Outdoors as well.

I got excellent support from Maria today regarding refund of my online purchase, appreciate Myer's policy and top rated customer service.

Great store to find designer items and accessories and has convenient escalators within the store that give you easy access to other floors/departments.

Myer Roselands is a fantastic department store! I was really impressed with the selection of items available, they had a good range of products to choose from. The best part is that it wasn't too crowded, so I was able to take my time shopping without feeling rushed. One thing that stood out to me was the fast pickup service they offered compared to other Myer stores. I was able to find everything I was looking for and more. Overall, I had a great experience at Myer Roselands and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good shopping experience without the crowds.

One of the Myer's still trading. I find they are a good department store for quality and price. A step above Kmart and below David Jones. I only went to look at business shirts and ended up buying a top on special for my daughter. The staff were older and have I think been there for quite a while. They were lovely warm and friendly.

Pat from the perfume department is amazing! I went in looking for a gift for a friends birthday and even though I asked a hundred questions Pat was very patient and extremely helpful. Amazing customer service, will be back specifically just to see her for all future purchases. Thank you once again.
