This is a great store and had everything we were looking for... and more. Of course we spent and bought more than planned for both ute and camper trailer. Store is tidy, the staff here are really helpful and will show you where product is located if you're unable to find it yourself.

Best customer service at this Repco, from a legend named Manoli. I had a flat tyre for the first time on a nearby road, and pulled in here asking for help. Manoli basically did the whole process for me without asking for any compensation, just cause he’s a great bloke. Repco is lucky to have a great guy like Manoli.

Ray was amazing! she helped me with all my needs and more. She was super knowledgeable and passionate about helping me and I loved every second she was helping me. At first I was skeptical as a woman going into a shop like this but once again Ray was amazing and she did an amazing job. 10/10 would come back

I went in today to get some service parts for my car. Parking was difficult to navigate as there was no spots empty within close proximity to the store within the complex. The store was understaffed (I saw 3 people on the floor) however Manoli took the time to go above and beyond to educate me on the products and help me with everything I needed to get and more. It is clear he is very knowledgeable, an asset to the company and very good at his job as he was friendly and provided with excellent customer service.

Overall great shopping experience that could be improved with the convenience of ample parking.

Fantastic and kind service, extremely helpful in my time of need

I needed a jockey wheel jack, a little hiccup getting it into store, then found out I ordered the wrong one. Not a problem for the staff they ordered the correct one and swapped it over with the original sale price. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you all at Repco Lidcomb for being professional and great service.

Manoli is the best person to go to. The rest are just average and unhelpful. Manoli goes above and beyond to help you on many occasions. If he wasn't there, i would not bother to go there.

Excellent customer service. Ordered online and got notification to collect. Drove to the car park, called in and the boys came out with the goods to the car. Hassle free and contact less. Will recommend and buy from Repco Lidcombe again.

Fantastic shop, a little small but they have fitted pretty much all you could ever want or need. Collection for internet orders is super fast and easy. The shop staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, they are also happy to take as long as required to service each customer properly even if there is a queue for assistance. Returns are fast, easy and hassle free. Plenty of parking and easy to locate, but a bit hard to get out of the parking lot when you are done due to excessive traffic on parramatta road. Everything in the shop is clean and organised and there are isle signs that are clear and easy to read.

Its not easy being a woman trying to understand car parts and accessories. But these guys helped in so many ways to understand the problem. Saving me a lot on money.
