Taking Shape Lidcombe Clearance Store

Wow what an experience I had today!
I have never been in a clothing store for so long, I hate shopping!!
Two ladies in the Lidcombe store were amazing! Sorry I didn't get your names but you know who you are 💞
They were both attentive and friendly and gave honest opinions. They went out of their way to help me. I don't think I have ever had such good service!
I feel so good about my purchases, 4 blouses for $60, can't beat that!
I will be back!

Had a great experience at TS14 Auburn store. Amazing staff, amazing customer service, which is more than can be said for my recent experience at TS14 Myer Sydney City store! Very poor indeed! I needed to exchange an online order, and I was made to feel I was doing something wrong by the TS14 staff member, in front of another customer! I felt so humiliated, but stood my ground nevertheless!

After ordering 2 x dresses online but were miles to big, I went to see if I could swap for a smaller size. The lovely Penny helped me & NOTHING was too much trouble. Got the correct size dress & spent extra $$. Clothes are fabulous, staff great. We will be back💚

Shopped here for the first time with my wife. Service = amazing!
One lady left the cash register and went to 2 storerooms to find the right size dress for my wife (stock was on system but not in the shop). 10 mins later she comes smiling with the right dress. She put a smile on the customer's face. Exceptional and exemplary customer service. Recommended? A BIG YES!

Quality plus size ladies clothing at unbelievable prices. You can only buy this clothing in their boutiques or Myer and all the end of season lines come to this outlet store. Many bargains to be had! Clothing, shoes, handbags, jewellery and other accessories. My favourite store! ❤❤❤

Great range of TS clothing at discount prices, day we went extra 30% off already discounted items and also discount off full priced items in the boutique store inside. Highly recommend a visit, girls were friendly and assisted when necessary
