Foogoo Restaurant Lane Cove

My partner said "let's go for Chinese" and I wished I had the skills of a Opossum. We made a booking and was good to go. Have to say that the waiter was friendly and helpful and said that can adjust the chilli if we need as everything is cooked fresh. The food was great and a fresh (yum to the pork belly) and did not leave the aftertaste you get at some places. This is definitely a place to come in and eat...not your standard Chinese Take Away place.

Beautiful food and even more wonderful service! Great value for money , we have fast become regulars and they are very family friendly with high chairs and baby plates etc

Top quality food and a lovely atmosphere. One of Sydney’s hidden secrets, if you haven’t come here yet then you’re seriously missing out. My regards to the chef for his unique take on Asian cuisine. Will definitely be back.

Wow! A beautiful tasteful decorated restaurant with a fantastic menu. We had a group of 7 of us and got to taste lots of dishes. Everyone dish was so tasteful and just perfect.

Best Chinese restaurant in Lane cove so far! The restaurant looks very modern and the dishes that we ordered were so tasty. My kids all love it. It’s great experience. I will definitely come back again.

We used a Groupon and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was (for such a low price). The prawn dumplings were particularly delicious (better than most yum cha restaurants since they were fresh and hot). The duck noodle dish and beef noodle soup were also very good. I was impressed that they were not too salty as you often find at some places. We have added Foogoo to our list of places to go (even without a Groupon).

Walked past and decided to try this place, We were pleasently surprised. foogoo certainly exeeded our expectations! good prices, large portions and very tasty. The owner was lovely to talk to and extreamly accomodating to our requests, even offered to make up a special sauce for us that didnt include chilli in it so our 1 year old could also enjoy. We dont live locally but would certainly travel to go to this resturant again.
you felt welcomed and cared for. They even serve your can of drink with a fancy glass and nice paper straws, which i thought was a nice touch.
The resturant is nicely styled & modern.

I’m not usually a fan of Chinese food but my Dad wanted to go to FooGoo for his birthday dinner. Well, I was surprised! It was the best Chinese meal I’ve ever had!!! I highly recommend the Duck SanChoy Bow and the Corn and Zucchini Fritters for entree. The Pork Belly And Beef Broth were stand out main meals. We will be back for sure!

It was so lovely and I was so surprise to found out how interesting and delicious of their fusion!

And can’t believe the price is sooooo gooooooooooood!!!!!

Great food and really wonderful service from Harry, we love the newly renovated look too! We’ll definitely be returning to try out some more dishes.

Hidden local gem. It’s not your regular Chinese food, it’s fusion with a twist that gives the best of both traditional Chinese flavours and contemporary influences. Owner is super nice and friendly. Will definitely recommend for regular visits.

The dishes were all very tasty what we ordered. Also very special with taste if compare with some Chinese restaurants in city, it is modern and creative.

So we are sitting here at Foogoo on Mother’s Day. Brand new restaurant in Lane Cove. The food has been seriously exceptional. We started with prawn dumplings, pork dumplings, corn and zucchini fritters and vegetarian san choi bau. Everything hand made and amazing. The house made chilli sauce with the prawn dumplings was sensational. Kung Pao Chicken, Black Pepper Beef fillet and vegetables with lotus root and tofu for main. All superb.

An awesome addition to the Lane Cove restaurant scene.

We have been to this new restaurant a couple of times now and have been delighted with the standard of the food. The chef is seriously talented in my view. Not too pricey either.

What was almost a massive fail because of the online order not going through was saved in a big way by these guys! As I was looking at other options, I got a call from FooGoo saying that not only had my order come through but it had already been dispatched and would arrive any minute. Yay! Food arrived quickly and was hot and tasty. Thanks. :)

This place is really really good! All the food was so tasty and the service was outstanding. The service was fast, the atmosphere was cozy and the food was delicious. I recommend the fried noodle ;)

Love the Mongolian lamb and pork belly dishes. We also loved the eggplant dish but it seems to no longer be on the menu.

Really good service and delicious food. It's our to go place when we don't want to cook at home. Always good experience.
