What a lovely man !! Very helpful and a delight to do business with. Bought several pairs of very reasonably priced shoes and sandals and would not hesitate to recommend. Great range of popular brands, all priced to sell. Lots of discounted ranges, something for everyone.

Forgot to bring sandals for the beach on our trip to Narooma and Tilba, this place came handy. Lots of great selections of sandals, the lady was lovely and helpful. She also cut the tags off the sandals upon request and took the stickers off.

Went there specifically for a new pair of sketchers. Found what I wanted, good assistance and reasonable price. Not the most personble bloke in the world, but I went there for shoes, not a beer and a chat! Had lots of other good looking casual shoes too.

I have bought a few pair of shoes at this shop over the years & quite happy with them but not happy with the service.
The woman serving is a smart aleck & rude & my partner finds the man the same.
I know I'm not there for beer & a chat as the previous reviewer said but treating customers nicely would make buying a pair of shoes a good experience & wanting to go back.

can see why people comment on attitude of owners....not pleasant.... also, I purchased shoes there today, was told they were leather upper, later realised the label inside says synthetic....

Consistently horrible service, mediocre range and prices on sneakers sometimes $50 more than you could buy them at Rebel Sport or any other retailer ($40 less in Moruya for example). Tried a few times and I just give up. Yuck. The sentiment expressed in the other bad reviews re service is bang on.

Went in to purchase a pair of shoes & it was a horrible experience! Nasty, rude & sarcastic, accused me of accusing her of hiding shoes out the back!
If you don't like customer service sell up or leave! Don't inflict your yourself on the customers!
Never going back, I'd rather be barefoot!

Customer service was a little creepy. No smiling, no greetings, no offers for help.. just passive staring from the counter. The range of Crocs is good especially if you’re looking for fishing shoes but pretty sure I will never go back in there again - it’s a very uncomfortable atmosphere.
