The McDonald's in Bega stands out as an exceptional example of the franchise, a delightful surprise in a chain that often faces criticism. This particular location deserves a five-star rating for its commendable standards.

One of the highlights of my visit was the ability to customise a cheeseburger with extra ketchup, mustard, slivered onions, and especially, maximum pickles. The staff here listened attentively and delivered exactly as requested, with plenty of pickles, showcasing their commitment to customer service and attention to detail.

The parking lot at this McDonald's is well-sized and convenient, although the entry and exit layout can be a bit confusing. However, this seems more a quirk of the property's layout rather than a fault of the restaurant itself.

A notable mention must go to the Frozen Coke, which was surprisingly good. Often these drinks are overly icy with little flavour, but here it was perfectly balanced, enhancing the overall experience.

In summary, McDonald's in Bega sets a high standard for fast-food franchises. From their meticulous attention to order customisation to the quality of their offerings like the Frozen Coke, this location serves as a great example for others in the chain to follow.

Fast service, clean and convenient. So far haven't had a bad experience at this Maccas! Also, worth going through drive through for a certain staff member who greets everyone in a creative way. That's all I can say!

The burguer I ate was fresh and tasty. It amazed me how clean everything was the screens for ordering the food worked well. Well done guys 🫶

As Bega locals we have found this Maccas always tidy and consistent. Food is consistent with Maccas and service is very good. As a parent who has had two of my sons work here I can't commend them enough. My 17yr old regularly works the close shift and the managers drive all the kids home after they close up. Food service ends at 11pm so depending on how busy it is this means they get out between 11.30pm and 12.30 to 1am. The owners pay the managers to do this. I think that is exceptional!

Visited Easter Saturday and the food was fresh and absolutely delicious. When there wasn't alot of other options

This McDonald's has the biggest cleanest most perfectly designed spacious toilets compared to any other McDonald's I've ever been in!!
Service is fast and efficient whichever way you choose by the MyMaccas App, order at the kiosk or the counter you can even get a Mac Delivery!!

Our visit to McDonald's today was appalling. The service was Non existing we waited 15 minutes to get any service and then another 25 minutes waiting for a soft serve icecream of all things.. l mean to say it wasn't for a lack of sour faced workers behind the counter they just weren't moving.....

Never have a problem here the food is consistently of high quality The premises are always clean and appear hygienic. Ebey time we go to Bega we will have lunch there.

A great little McDonald's! We found the service to be quick and friendly. This McDonald's is smaller, but certainly cleaner than other McDonald's.
