Increasingly, it’s hard to find a place that can do a rare steak actually rare … I’m happy to report back that Kingsleys is one of those places that do it right!👌🏻 A tender, flavoursome cut of beef - it’s an example of a great steak done properly. The Corn ribs and onion rings were a great addition too 🤤

Worth a visit if you like steak , i can see why they’ve been around and stayed around for so long 💪🏻

That place we went to for dinner was terrific! My wife and I went there yesterday for our anniversary, and it was such a chill and happy experience. You have to try the beef ribs and slow-cooked lamb; they're out of this world! And the red wine sauce? So good. We're definitely coming back here for our next date. Definitely five stars all around!

As a tourist visiting Sydney for the first time, the Kingsley steakhouse has certainly lived up to its standard. The Angus Rib-Eye was simply fantastic!! I preferred mine to be medium rare so I can taste both and raw and cooked meat at the same time. Throughout the night, We were served by 2 delightful waitresses, who went around our table a few times to top up our water and checking up on us to see if the food is alright. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to try authentic Australian Steak. Personally,I will definitely come back here next time when I visit Sydney😃

It's one of the best steaks I've ever had. Next time, I'll get my name up the fame board for 1kg Tbone. It was a great experience, nice deserts, and staff are good and friendly, beautiful interior design, great location, we have tried many different kinds of steaks and everyone was happy with their food, highly recommended, don't miss out the deserts and mushrooms

We came here for dinner, the service was amazing, food was delicious and we had a nice view of the kitchen which was fun to watch the staff interact, they all seemed like they had a great time working there. Cocktails were great, well balanced, steak was so tender I'd like to visit again

Lovely restaurant in an old candle factory, it has a good feel inside, the staff were very nice. Steak wise, I feel it's overpriced and didn't taste good enough for the price, but then again, it is Sydney City. Other than that it's a nice date spot.

We have ordered the ribeye and Wellington beef for main and the squid for snack.
They are all very delicious. Waitresses are warm and the environment is great.

Our family celebrated my wife's 40th here. With an earlier booking we had an almost exclusive experience sitting at a quiet spot before the crowd on a busy day flooded in.

The food we've ordered were all really well prepared - great Sonoma sourdough along with the charcuteries board, flawlessly cooked medium-rare rib-eye on the bone and drinks have marked a solid celebration for the night.

The service we've received from the waitress (with a bit of European accent) and the manager were truly outstanding. Looking at the crowd after 7, they were still gracefully serving every table with a smile and great hospitality. Love the experience!

I've never enjoyed such a delightful meal for a long time and each course was Magnifique. To eat here was a last-minute decision, and I didn't make a reservation on time, but the manager on that night, 29 Aug 23, was very helpful and kind and gave me a nice seat.. Good staff and nice ambience.. Love my night at this restaurant.

Amazing hidden gem. All the food was totally amazing. Adriana and the manager could not have done a better job. They made our experience so special and our trip to Sydney a total success

Amazing is how I would describe Kingsleys Steakhouse. Must-go if around Darling Harbour! I will come back to visit or try its sister outlet Steersons right on the harbour (brighter more fine-dining whereas Kingsley seemed more casual).

Food - I had the Angus ribeye 350g cooked medium rare, Sydney oysters to start, sides of baked potato ( v good and much preferred for me to regular thick fries), garden salad topped off with a glass of red wine.

Service - Excellent! I was seated promptly at 12:30pm on a Friday afternoon (1st person in). Vicki introduced different steak cuts and gave her recommendations for a good cut and pairing red wine. She checked in on me and had a new steak re-cooked when it didn’t meet my standard. She also requested more radicchio in my salad when I wanted more of that. Shout out to Vicki for lovely service.

Atmosphere - dark, warm, basement of an old candle factory with old brick walls. Only few tables free on a Friday afternoon so best to book if in a big group.

I’d say pricing was quite in line with quality steaks from NSW. Slightly less pricey than those around the city where I’ve tried. I visited solo without a reservation.

We’re visiting from Los Angeles and we’re looking for a good steak. My wife and I absolutely love the New York strip and ribeye. Great restaurant great atmosphere great staff

I tried kangaroo for the first time in my life. It's very similar to steak but just a little tougher. The beet au jus and the horseradish cream sauces were delicious and complimented the dish well. I resisted the urge to lick the plate while being in public. Nick was attentive and checked in along the experience. I would go again.

Best steak in Sydney. Period! Location is cute, has character, not too loud, not too quiet. Can easily be great for business dinners / functions or a catch up with friends. Wine… OMG! We asked for suggestions and the sommelier picked one of the top 4% wine in the world! Best Shiraz I ever had!

The kangaroo, g&t and waiter were all exceptionally delicious 🫢. Had to use self control & not lick the plate. 11/10

Great atmosphere. Oysters are tasty and fresh. Beef steaks are juicy and tender.
