Chafic Awit (Bridges Psychology Clinic)

Chaf looked after my mental health during 2017-18 when I felt a little bit of underlying anxiety and wasn't sure whether I actually needed professional advice or not but wanted to make sure that I was on track. I'd visited a counsellor back in 2012 and didn't find it was a very good experience, so I didn't seek further care for a few years, but was optimistic that I just need to find the right practitioner for me when the time came. Chaf was professional and friendly, with a very down to earth approach to situations. He told me what I needed to hear, shed light on some realities that I was refusing to see, and helped me reshape perspective on some issues. Highly recommend, and thank you for your care!

i find Chafic is very down to earth and very easy to talk to, some psychologists seem as if they have never had any personal struggles in their life and have learnt everything they know from a text book, with Chafic it feels like he actually knows what you're talking about from experience.
