Amazing customer service. Might even be the best I have received. I purchased a trampoline two days ago and then the item had a bundle offer with the supplier. I phoned Toy Buzz to see if I could cancel my order and then reorder with the additional bundle offer. Instead of all the mucking around, Toy buzz just applied the bundle and charged me the difference. Fantastic customer service.

Purchased lifespan cubby house sky fort play centre. Very happy with the service we received. I ordered another vuly ninja quest and was delivered fast.

I bought some vuly anchors for my trampoline and noticed a few days later that they weren't the correct ones for my model. I contacted toy buzz and got an answer immediately that they would check the status at the warehouse on the next working day, the next thing I received was an email for a refund and another for the cancelled order.
I was very happy with the interaction and would have no problem advising that parents should feel comfortable buying from this site.

Just received our second Vuly trampoline from Toy Buzz after a storm destroyed our first in high winds.

Both orders were processed very quickly - I did not expect to receive the latest in time for Christmas, as I had missed the delivery cutoff but Toy Buzz delivered!!!

We brought a climbing frame with slide.
The delivery was a little delayed due to covid-19 but we were kept up to date and all questions were answered via email promptly.
Also love that its supporting a family run buisness.
When the climbing frame was delivered every thing was marked clearly and it was easy to assemble. We were also overjoyed at how sturdy and strong the frame is. Many years of enjoyment for our precious children. Thank you.

Absolute pleasure to buy from! When Toybuzz realised that the exact item I had ordered wasn't in stock but on back order they promptly contacted me and informed me of my options to change colour or wait. I decided to change colour. The store owner was extremely helpful and friendly over the phone. When they realised they did have one left of the original colour in stock they promptly contacted me to see what my preference would be and my item was shipped and arrived the very next day! All of this took place in a matter of days and despite the original setback delivery was VERY PROMPT!! I am so impressed with the customer service and will certainly be purchasing from this company again! Thank you Toybuzz.
