Goonoo Goonoo Station Restaurant

This place is unreal. If you are in the Tamworth / Nundle area, you have to make a pit stop here. Exquisite ambience, lovely service and great food. Had breakfast here and everything we ordered was top notch. The young gent who waited on us was very professional. Cant wait to come back for lunch!

A beautiful restaurant, on the way to Sydney 20 min out of Tamworth.

The filled zucchini flowers were devine. All the dishes are designed to be shared, so they are all sets of 3.

We also had a trout and lamb cutlets, the lamb was well cooked just over pink and was a generous cut.

I would recommend the house red wine as it is also a surprise.

Deserts are a single server but could be shared, we had the bomb Alaska which was not lit at the table but was a wonderful take on the desert and fesh meringue was delicious.

Price was in keeping with the quality of the food not cheep but certainly within an average budget.

We booked in for breakfast on a Wednesday morning. The restaurant was quiet, spacious and the service was fantastic. This is a beautiful location and restaurant. The food was good. Highly recommend stopping by for a meal here.

Great place to go to the food is so good and the staff are really good and nice

Must say a bit disappointed with the selection of meals..Unusual choice of ingredients. Some bread as starters whilst waiting for meal to arrive would be a huge bonus. Wait staff were pleasant..Chef needs to sample some other restaurants to reassess his menu.
