Atmosphere Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Our 20-year A/C failed and we were told by a Newcastle A/C company it was not fixable.
We asked Shane at Atmosphere to give a second opinion.

After looking at the outdoor unit, he was able to establish that it was a faulty part, which he was easily fixed.

End result was a minor repair visit instead of a new A/C.

This company would have to be the most professional group of people we have had the pleasure to deal with. Our A/C stopped working in the middle of winter & was the only heating we have. After a couple of phone calls we had a new A/C installed that afternoon by Ryan. One of the nicest young men, who is obviously being trained impeccably by the business owners to do a professional job. His people skills are also top class.
