The Happy Frog

Big portions of food from their display area and awesome desserts for any diet; gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan. We ordered the potato salad + chickpea and spinach salad + fruit salad ($15), a big lentil patty ($6) with on-tap kombucha ($6) to wash it down. Got boxes since we couldn't finish it all.

The service was speedy and attentive.

The atmosphere is "old-school hippy grocer" with earth-friendly wares on sale, cookbooks on display, and rock on the radio.

Definitely a must-go spot for anyone looking for a hearty meal.

We stayed in Coffs for 3 nights & are so glad we found this gem! Food is delicious and servings are so generous for what you pay for! Staff are lovely & they sell some amazing homewares & gifts too. Happy frog produces an amazing selection of healthy salads,fritters and frittatas along with coffee,juices teas and a wide range of cold drinks,fruits and veg in refrigeration. they also have a wide range of holistic books and shelf/cupboard items to gaze at or purchase while waiting for your healthy meal/beverage.

My overall experience was lovely although the staff seemed to be a little less bubbly then usual, shop moral does a lot for business but I know we all have our off days these guys are generally kind and helpful people with a lot to give when it comes to healthy meals.

Highly recommend eating here if your just driving through coffs,on holiday or just your local healthy salad/drink stop 😊

Awesome food! Extremely fresh and so much flavour. Everything we had was so delicious. Great pantry supplies also and lots of variety. Will definitely stop in next time we are driving through!

Currently travelling, we always prefer to support local business. Went back to this wonderful store three times in one day!

Enjoyed coffee, Strawberry Beauty Bar, Pistachio Bar, a chocolate brownie. And a fresh squeezed juice. Went back to purchase more raw food treats for friends.

The fresh salad bar and pastries looked delicious. The staff were happily smiling, friendly and diverse.

This place has so many delicious salads and everything is priced very well! We got diner here twice while visiting Coffs Harbour.

Easily some of the best salads I have ever eaten. Super fresh with very high quality ingredients, even the olives in the Greek salad were gourmet quality. The serves were massive as well.

Not overly fond of vegan food but this absolutely is a must try if you’re in Coffs! Fresh authentic tasty food and the creamiest smoothie I’ve ever had. A wonderful selection of fresh foods and products for all your organic needs. Will most definitely be returning

The Happy Frog makes me a Happy Frog! A vegetarian cafe but enjoyed by everyone alike, with lovely staff and such amazing meals with a lot of variety (clearly as seen below). On top of this they have a multitude of beverages, value for money, and a little shop within the store. You're missing out if you haven't been here!

I'm a tourist and so far it's the best restaurant where I've eaten since my arrival in Australia! Everything is vegetarian, everything seems very good and my dish and the one of my girlfriend were very succulent and affordable!
Big props to the deserts that were very good, it's one of the best brownie I've eaten in my life 😋!

Great place to have food in or take away. They have so many options for vegans and everything is delicious. The vegan raw cakes are from another world, super tasty. It is my place to go anytime I am in Coffs.

Just adding we have been to the Happy Frog many times now. The array of salads is unparalled and deliciously fresh and nutritious. Vego and vegan and really tasty combos abd dressings. My friend loves the lentil patties too. Service is great, the place has a really welcoming vibe and they even bring my dog a bowl of water. A visit to Coffs is not complete without lunch at the Happy Frog.

Best lunch I've had on the all east coast!
Fresh, healthy, delicious... Massive selection of salads, lasagna, wraps, some menu food, with lots of option of Vegan/GF. They do a beautiful Chai Latte, have great juices for good price!

Tried their newest sauce "green goddess" which is a vegan pesto on the salads and omg.. divine!

Amazing place for morning brekki nice coffee and heaps of choices. The team is very friendly and guide you to the food of your choice. Love it. Take a momento on your way out if you are not a local.
