I wish to congratulate your store on the wonderful staff you have working there. They are always so helpful. I especially want to thank your staff member ( I think her name is Savannah) at the Service Desk who has always been happy to help me at the photo lab and especially for her exceptional service yesterday with an issue I had that she sorted in no time and with a smile on her face. Nothing was a problem even though she was finishing her shift in 5 mins… very refreshing, great experience and wonderful customer service.

We were in the photo department of your store and we were so impressed by Emily and Mira, the young girls who looked after us, nothing was to much trouble as I needed help with my photos, such well mannered pleasant girls 10 out 10 for the service they gave us

Great store with easy to navigate layout and lots of product availability. But the 5* experience I received came from the young girl at the customer service check out today. She was so warm and helpful; with innate and impeccable retail skills. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience. I was looking for a product which the website said was in stock for my store. I couldn't find it and found a staff member who found it straight away. It took a little while to find a staff member and I know this is just due to staff issues with so much sickness and isolation due to covid. Parking is really great and all undercover. Steps can easily be avoided and it's close to really nice toilets inside the centre.

Great shop but difficult to find your way into the shop if your visiting outside of standard 9 to 5 business hours. Tip: Accessible via the car park where you can drive to level 3. You can't access via ground level.

To the Kmart stores in Sydney: can you please consider this store as role model and try to follow it in Sydney. Everything in stock and so well organized. We went to the store to buy some kid toys and were surprised to see that all the toys are in stock and at their place. Not sure how you manage to do that. I have never seen a Kmart store in Sydney so organized even if I am the first person to enter the store in the morning. Will definitely recommend this store to Kmart shoppers.

Easy access with the lift or escalator. Great shops in Coffs central makes for a wonderful shopping experience Kmart is the place to buy all those things you didn't know were there, perfect easy Christmas shopping. Great staff

So happened I decided to walk into KMart Coffs, and I found the pair of black shoes I've been wanting for a long time and there were specials on it. Bought their fantastic active wear, shoes and other garments.

Well laid-out store. Stock levels appeared to be good when I was there. Overall look is much neater than many Kmart stores.

It's a great store, well laid out and has good value products. Staff are super helpful. It's excellent and within the wonderful Coffs Harbour PALM centre.

Haven't been here in a while but I love it when I'm there and miss it when I leave, staff are great and alway ready to help. Store is very clean

Gave us a tyre about a week ago after we got a flat at Ebor and couldn't find anywhere else. Great service

5 star old school customer service... 2 days before Xmas so very busy time made a special effort to have my click and collect ready as I was only able to collect at a specific time lovely staff and excellent store.

Great kmart store to get what you need. Good range, great space to get around and good facilities and parking at the location too
