Wellness Centre Port Stephens

3 girlfriends and myself experienced the most wonderful day at The Wellness Centre. We were firstly pampered with massages and facials and then treated to a yummy Cheese Platter and Herbal teas in the most beautiful surroundings. Em went above and beyond to make it the most memorable day. Nothing was too much trouble. It truly was a day we will never forget. So relaxing and nourishing for the soul.
We will definitely be back! 🙏

What a relaxing and beautiful place to take some time out!! The team there are amazing and welcoming, their priority to make sure that you get the most out of each experience. I love my Saturday Yoga when I can get there!!! Highly recommend the Wellness Centre PS!!

Loved the massage and express facial I had was so relaxing. I left looking and feeling refreshed ! The spa is beautiful I was greeted as I walked in and made to feel comfortable straight away.even better that after the massage I wasn't asked to buy any products. That's my pet hate about some massage places. Also reasonable priced! I'll be back again when I'm holidays in September.Thank you again

From the moment I drove into the wellness centre I felt relaxed - It is surrounded by nature. On arrival I was offed a selection of teas and relaxing place to sit and take in my surroundings. Service was exceptional, Emma explained my treatment, gave me a robe took me to my treatment room. I tried the contrast therapy a combination of ice Bath and infrared sauna then finishing with a trigger point massage. I have never felt so relaxed

If you are looking to host a special intimate event then this is your spot. The Wellness Centre has such serene energy in a lush tropical garden setting. Just spent the weekend there with my best girls we had a psychic reading, breathwork healing, contrast therapy with infrared sauna and ice baths, reiki, massage, it actually had everything. Great location across from one mile beach and so close to port Stephen’s and surrounds. Do yourself a favour round up your best girls and have a weekend to cherish forever. Em will make sure your event is seamless and can organise pretty much anything your heart desires. Do it the place is a vibe 🙌🏼

"I just had the most incredible weekend with my besties! We started with an intimate, enlightening, and comforting group psychic reading on a picnic rug, under the trees, surrounded by nature, comfy cushions and delicious snacks. Then, we moved indoors for a powerful shamanic journey healing session. The area was stunning, with beautiful beaches and natural rock pools to explore. Some of us indulged in treatments, while others took time to reflect and journal in tranquil spots. And then came the highlight: contrast therapy. I surprised myself by enduring the ice bath twice for 5 minutes each time, followed by a sauna session. 'Fire and ice' truly left me feeling invigorated physically, mentally, and emotionally! A huge thank you to Emma, who went above and beyond to make our weekend unique and special. I can't wait to go back for more soulful adventures with my soul sisters!"

Love the yoga on Friday at 10am, both Kira and Emm are amazing.
The class goes so quickly and meditating at the end with the background rainforest natural noises adds a really relaxing serene touch.
You leave walking on air ❤

What a place!! I can not explain how the atmosphere of this place just made me feel renewed. Everything was immaculate and the staff, just amazing.

I was lucky enough to enjoy yoga, sound healing, vocal therapy and that was before the next level massage.

Do not miss this place!

Wow what a beautiful space and location. We attended the reopening day and to say it now looks amazing would be an understatement. The new manager is a lovely lady, friendly, warm and welcoming and the team there she has engaged are professional, skilled in their craft and all so lovely too! We will be back!
