Kmart Salamander Bay

Well since the last time I've been in there they've made a lot of changes and I'll quite happy with what they've done to change the shop around I went in and got some photos developed I was very happy with the service and while I waited the five minutes for my photos to be done I went around and took a few photos quite happy with Kmart from mwh

Sydney store can't even compare with this store

It's a Kmart. Although the skinny brunette girl in the self check yesterday afternoon was doing an excellent job monitoring transactions and immediately rectified transaction problems while keeping a good eye on everything going on around her. If this is the normal behaviour of this employee I would consider them a huge asset to customer service, security and loss prevention.

Been to this place first time for quick shopping. Must say 5* customer service .

A special shout out to the customer service superstar, Lainie, who I just had the pleasure of meeting at Salamander Bay Kmart. She was assigned to the door, constantly keeping busy but attentive to customers, very welcoming and friendly, and her store knowledge second to none. Overall a 10/10 for my experience today thanks to Lainie! 🤩

Go here often and I am yet to have a bad experience with staff. Don't love that it's moved to the same layout as all other KMart stores as it has lost its personal feel and the aisles are now way too narrow for trolleys to pass but the weekday staff are always fantastic. Ready to help and are friendly.

Great store, tidy and well looked after unlike some of the Kmart stores in Sydney. Has the same range you'd expect from a Kmart, not reduced because it's outside a main metro area. Located in shopping centre with lots of easy parking. Only issue is you get sucked into the Kmart vortex and spend more money than you planned!

For the negative, I personally don't really like the new Plan C layout, while yes, it does mean that things are more laid out, nobody can find anything easily. On the positive side of things, they're really quick at answering questions on the phone. Excellent customer service if you need to ask a question or if you need to return something. (Rarely if you try to return something, a team member may say that you can't. Ask for a copy of the Returns Policy and if you meet the requirements, ask to speak to a manager.)

Usually stocked with what you'd expect. Obviously, come the holidays, shelves are being depleted faster than they can be re-stocked but that's to be expected. Still the best place for those basic last-minute essentials

Love all the new products coming into Kmart now. I had no problem purchasing everything I was looking for. Thanks for all the help at the register too. 😀

What a fantastic store! We came to the area camping and needed some extra equipment. KMart Salamander Bay supplied it all! Great layout & all shelves well stocked. Awesome service too!

I find I never have enough time in Kmart ! Whether it be variety , new stock , sales or staff with ideas and helpfully tips pointing you in the right direction , always leaving the store with

always spending less"

This place is so Amazing! So much items to choose from and coming closer to Christmas omg so many fun things to buy!!! GET OVER TO SALAMANDER BAY KMART AND GRAB SOME GIFTS FOR EVERYONE

The new layout is so easy for us blokes to find stuff, see the sign up high, and hunt for the thing you're after below. Needs seating for blokes who Shop with their ladies though....

I love K-Mart I could spend all my money there and feel so so so happy,I usually go over at least once a fortnight,happy to go more and more.... great range,good quality and value....love it

Up from Sydney and thought we would stop into trusty Kmart. Never disappointed, the Salamanda Bay store had so much stuff I haven't seen before!
