Creative Garden Early Learning Mount Annan

Both of my girls attended Creative Garden from 2 years old. I couldn’t fault the care that they received. As and educator my self I always felt at ease leaving my girls with all the staff and creative garden.

My daughter has been attending Creative Garden Early Learning Centre since she was 7 months old and she is just about to turn 4. I have nothing but good things to say about the centre Director and Educators here.

The close relationships my daughter has built with everyone truly warms my heart as a mother. She has learnt so much and is so confident as a result of the time and effort her educators have taken to support her growth and development.

The centre Director is always readily available to speak with families and help out wherever needed. I feel so lucky to have found such a great centre for my child's crucial years.

My son has now been going to Creative Gardens for 1 year. He originally started in the babies room and he loved going from day one. All the educators from that room were amazing and updated me throughout the day on my sons daily routine. He then went into the toddler room at the start of the year. He struggled abit but the staff were great with him and ensuring he felt comfort being around new faces. I honestly can not fault the educators and the centre itself. I also love the app they have for parents to check updates throughout the day as to when your child has a nappy change, what they had for lunch, when they go down for a nap and a few photos each day of different activities. My son has learnt so much since being there. I would HIGHLY recommend Creative Gardens Mount Annan.

My daughter went to this centre for 3 years and she absolutely loved every moment of her time there. The staff beyond loving and always welcoming. My daughter is now in Kindergarten and she is still wanting to go back to Creative Garden to see her teachers! Highly recommend this centre for your child/children, come have a look through the center today you wont turn back! Your child is guaranteed to leave with a smile each day.

Hands down the best centre!! My boy loves kindy and is learning so much then I could ever imagine. The educators are amazing, loving, caring and always greet us with a big smile and a “Good Morning”. I highly recommend this centre to everyone. Sabrina is the most supportive Director to her team and her families. I have the up most respect for this centre and the educators who educate our children.

The educators at Creative Garden Mount Annan provide beautiful and considered care of my children. They create personalised experiences to suit kids interests, along with educational and fun activities. I am very happy with the care my kids get and would highly recommend.

Great care, positive, friendly and enthusiastic staff. They understand my child very well and are very honest and reliable. They take the time to listen to ideas from parents and find ways engage the children in quality learning experiences. Good, healthy food is served during meal times and snacks.
They are just about to start a music program with the children, which I am excited about.
The changes under new management have been positive!

Great childcare! It's very clean and maintained. There's lots of fun activities for the kids to do each day and a big outdoor area with a garden for the kids to help care for. All the teachers are very Friendly, approachable, and great with the kids. I feel very comfortable taking my child there knowing they're in good hands.

Great centre have a child in both long day care and after school care, friendly, nurturing, attentive staff who have had my children from very young age, take the time to know and understand my children as well as I do.

Very supportive of parents and go the extra mile to ensure home life and daycare work hand in hand.

Carers are excellent if child needs extra care and attention and make the family feel extremely welcome and important in the day to day running of the centre.

If you are looking for a centre where your child/ren are happy and the educators are amazing this is the centre for you. The children are treated in a warm and caring way. Staff are approachable and they care for the children as if they were their own. The back yard is amazing with the vegetable garden, rabbbits and chickens. The children are encouraged to help maintain the gardens and look after the animals. I can't recommend this centre highly enough.

Creativ Garden Mount Annan is an incredible centre, with caring and dedicated staff who treat my children as if they were their own. There is an excellent balance between education and fun, and learning experiences are tailored to each individual child. Communication with parents is efficient, and the director is very effective at managing the centre.

Both my children have attended this centre since the ages of 4 months and 11 weeks old, both children have been fulltime. The staff have become family to my children. The staff at this centre go above and beyond for each child at the centre and cater pacifically to each childs needs. My children insisted on inviting staff members to their birthday parties and they made the effort on there own time to come. Being a fulltime parent i do not see my children throughout the week but the centre offers fantastic facilities which enables me to see photos of my children and read reports throughout there day. On a personal note i could not recommend this centre enough it might not be new and fancy like the other centres but it has the most important thing going for it, staff who are friendly loving caring will go above and beyond to make your child feel welcome and love their daycare experience you wouldnt be disappointed.

Awesome, old school centre with experienced and nurturing educators who have been there a very long time, all of which says a lot about the centre. They're all really lovely and always welcoming, happy and easy to approach. Very happy here!

Amazing service.

Terrible management, lacked respect and professionalism. I sent my daughter on the agreed start day, received a last-minute call from one of the staff talking rudely to pick her up. Manager was unfriendly, questioning her presence by saying “did you receive the welcome email? blaming delayed enrolment process on me.

I went to this centre for a tour and was impressed by the gardens, animals and staff seemed friendly. I did feel like the manager Sabrina was not thrilled to do an early morning tour. she seemed grumpy and distracted, the tour only lasted 15min but she did say she was really tired from last nights events that were held late at the centre, so I though we are all human and have rough days where we don’t feel very motivated.

I called this morning to explain I had misplaced my daughters birth certificate and she rudely replied ‘you can’t start without a birth certificate’ no hello morning how are you? I said of course but I have order another one but could she still enrol my child for February and I will have it in a few weeks. She rudely said ‘ just fill in the enrolment and then give me the birth certificate when you get it’ it was very obvious that I was a bother and she has no interest in even speaking with me. It then became clear she had not just been in a mood yesterday she just rude.

I really like the centre layout and would consider enrolling my daughter if management changes but till then it’s a big ‘No’ for me. She definitely brings negative vibes to the centre and I wouldn’t feel comfortable with my child around that type of negative attitude.

If you are looking for a place :

- To put you child in , here is not the place
- A place that you find professionals engaged to take care of your child well , here is not the place
- You will not loose your baby’s hat, bowns, hair clip and others stuffs , here is not the place. When you complain about it they say that they can do anything for you !!!!
- If you don’t want to be called as a liar because they are telling the you booked you child for more days that you did it , here is not the place.

Also, when you write an email to the área menager complaining about everything she will say that you are wrong and lying. Further , she can not do anything to help to find your baby’s stuffs back or even give you baby stuffs back. I asked for refund to buy anothers for my child and she said that she can not help.

Unfortunately , as a educator, I can not agree with this !

These were just some of the problems that I had there, so if you want to find a great/good childcare. NEVER THINK ABOUT CREATIVE GARDEN! If you want to know more complains that I have , inbox me and I can tell you .

Another thing nobody is caring about my complains! So you will not find someone to complain about it if you have any problem !
