I am reviewing KBC Plumbing at the request of my elderly next door neighbour who had a problem with a 27 yo gas hot water system. We previously called a gas repairman from a rival company and were told as we were not previous customers that they would not help us nor would they recommend a gas repairman. Luckily we researched the net and found KBC Plumbing with excellent reviews. A call to them and they were out within 2 hours to inspect the gas hot water unit locating a faulty part and estimating the cost to replace the part. As the unit was 27yo it was decided to install a new hot water unit. The quoted price was very good and the next morning it was replaced. Andy the repairman was very courteous and worked solidly during his time to install the new unit. He also checked the gas heater in the lounge at the same time. Extremely happy with KBC Plumbing.

We had a mysterious leak from the roof or so we suspected. I found KBC on google and requested a plumber to investigate the source. Ben arrived and discovered that the reverse cycle air conditioner had a blocked drainage pipe and the spillage tray for overflowing condensation etc had not been completely sealed. On top of this he also discovered that the range hood flu had not been ducted through the roof as contracted. The home is four and a half years old and still under warranty so we decided to have the builder rectify the problems and to support our case Ben kindly took photos of the problems as evidence. Needless to say, we had Ben return to check that everything was done correctly as my trust in our builder is somewhat lacking All I can say is thank goodness there are professional, courteous and thorough tradesmen like Ben out there, a true asset to his workplace and his customers. Also a mention tothe admin ladies who were so helpful with the same high standard of service ethic. KBC is definitely my go to plumbers for all my plumbing requirements well into the future.

Kade and his team did a fantastic job with our cracked pipe due to tree roots. Responded immediately, was reasonably priced and showed us the issues as well as demonstrating the product required to fix it. Very happy.

Really prompt professional service. My gas water heater expired 5am in the morning and by midday that same day the old heater was gone, the new one installed and everything functioning perfectly. A great company to deal with.

Underneath my bathroom sink the hose blew out and made a huge mess. Not only did Ben fix the problem but helped clean up the mess, on a Sunday, early, really quickly!! So grateful, thank you.
