Flooring and tile selection - amazing. Staff - even better. Could not have asked for a more positive experience!
We started our appointment with Julia who helped us pick our laminate flooring. Her honesty and openness when helping us decide made a potentially tricky decision so much easier, considering the colour we had our heart set on has been discontinued. She let us know about practical things like warmth and cleaning and didn’t try to push us into anything more expensive. She even took the time to allow us to look up our furniture to compare colours. So kind.
We then went to Shannen to choose our tiles. Her patience and guidance throughout the experience was incredible. When we had to make a big (and pretty pricey) decision she didn’t pressure us, rather she let us take our time and even come back when we had more information. She gave us advice, listened to our wishes and helped us to bring our piecemeal vision to life. She went through everything in minute detail to make sure we were 100% across what our home will look like.
All this to say - the staff at Don’s are open, inviting, helpful, transparent and supportive. Could not recommend them more.

Shannen was absolutely amazing with helping us decide. This was the most stressful selection we had & she was open, honest & have great advice. We had to re select hour backsplash tile due to delays & she was more than accomodating.

The staff members at Dons Tiles were unbelievably helpful. We have built before and new what we wanted in carpet, kitchen design and wall colours, but knew that the tile selection would be the most difficult selection we would have to make. In fact it was the easiest, which was due to the staff members assistance.

At first my wife and i where a bit worried about going to our appointment after reading these reviews.. Once we got there we where greeted by Cathy she was a great help and made our choice of picking tiles very easy!!
Only issue i had with the process is that they didn't have sample tiles for us to take home, but she organised samples for us which turned a few days later, so i really cant complain..

Don's Tiles done a absolute great job of tilling our forever home, I had a appointment with a young lady named Shannon, witch showed me the tiles in my package plus easily worked threw colours and other tiles with great knowledge of what everything would look like once finish and couldn't be more happy with our final product. Thank you Shannon and thank you Don's Tiles love it

I had my second visit to Dons Tiles yesterday after being advised that our original wet area floor tiles were discontinued and that we would need to reselect. While our initial dealings with Dons Tiles back in September 2017 were friendly enough, we were dissapointed when told that a simple subway tile that we wanted was not available and we also found that the range available to us was limited and quite dated.

I dealt with Amy yesterday for the reselection and after explaining to her that we had originally wanted a subway tile in the kitchen, she immediately found what we were after and arranged the splashback tile selection to be amended and also provided a great new wet area floor tile option that suited the look we were going for. The range has greatly improved and Amy advised that more changes are yet to come.

Dons Tiles recognise that customer service is of utmost importance and are working hard to provide a modern range of tiles to suit current trends. I can 100% recommend this supplier for their excellent customer service and improved range.

Due to covid it is appointment only. Appointments were on time and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent range. Take home samples were available and those that weren't are being ordered for me. They made choosing tiles and carpet a very smooth process.

My experience was 10/10 and the service and tile selection was perfect. Very happy with the range, advice and installation. Highly recommended
