exceptional customer service!

Bought a micro scooter for my son about 2 months ago. Sales assistant (sorry, forgot the gentlemen's name) was pleasure to work with. In today's world when you can buy everything online the only way brands can compete is by providing better price and great service - both boxes ticked for me in this case.

Purchased a micro swiss scooter from Donnie this afternoon in aqua for my 3 year old girl. (She picked the colour) Wasn't expecting to buy anything but $169 later wow what customer service. He really went that extra mile to make my little one comfortable enough to try a scooter. She loved the new toy so glad to pay that extra coin. Excellent job Donnie from eastgardens. Real Genuine guy who wanted to see us happy. See you next time.

Very good store with having various toys for all kids in different ages . I could easily find a beautiful doll for my niece who is under 1 year. Staff were very helpful. Irene and Donny were so friendly and smiley.

On the woollies level and you can't miss it for nuts 🤩Lots to see and pick this time of the year. Great staff and always there to answer your questions😍Free balloon for the kiddies whether you buy or not 🙉

Andrew and the other stuff are incredibly helpful. I had a problem with my online order and even though it had nothing to do with him Andrew helped resolve it.
