Best service by Andy! He legit sold us on the spot the perfect vacuum. In our price range, went through all the features and was exactly what we needed.
He was honest, kind and honestly could not recommend him enough!

My husband and I went to buy a Tineco mop/vacuum for our tiles and we were served by Andy at Eastgardens. We explained what we required it for, his demo and knowledge of the product was excellent. My Tineco experienced a Motor Failure Error to which I emailed Godfrey's. They then asked me to take it to my local store (Eastgardens) & in a couple of days it was repaired & no out of pocket charges! They truly went above and.beyond!

My partner and I bought a Bissell spot cleaner from Andy. My partner had originally went in before me and Andy gave him the rundown of two different ones that would best suit our situation. When I purchased a Bissel upright vacuum cleaner from the Godfreys store at Eastgardens, I was helped by Faisal who was outstanding with his customer service. He not only assisted me in choosing the right vacuum cleaner that had the features I wanted, but Faisal did a good deal for me on price & threw in some extras as part of my purchase. Overall, a positive shopping experience & I got the result I was looking for. So great work by Faisal & I know that I ended up purchasing an excellent product.

Godfreys eastgarden's customer service is excellent and very much professional. Specially I have to tell about Mr Faisal who is an awesome person. I bought a Bissell carpet washer and hoover action pets bagged vacuum cleaner. He helped me a lot to understand about the products and their services. The price was also reasonable. I'll love to come back again and again.

Andy helped me out of a massive pickle when my Hoover Allergy head broke - with house inspection in two days.
He found a replacement head for me on the spot, and was delightful at the same time.

Drop in here one day after work to grab a robot vacuum. The staff member who served my was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I purchased a hoover robo vac and couldn't be happier. I decided to go with an interest free fortnightly payment plan and as part of the deal I was given a we and dry dust buster which has been a godsend. If anyone is looking for a new vacuum do yourself a favor, drop in and see these guys!
