Pilot Station Pizza

We ordered pizza last night as a last minute decision, we didn’t know what to expect except hopefully full belly’s. WELL!!! What we got was probably the best pizza I have had in my current memory! Fresh ingredients that you could taste individually- not just a dump of food on a pizza base. I had the pilot pizza, the prawns were fresh! We also had the meat lovers and a good old cheesy pizza. Cannot recommend this place enough. It will become a regular on our SWR dinner rotation from now on.

I have been regulating visiting South West Rocks for the last 17+ years and when I am up here I endevour to try new places.

On this occasion I happened to spot Pilot Station Pizza walking around town so grabbed a menu and ordered it last night.

We ordered 2 pizzas and a garlic bread. Most pizzas are priced around the $18-20 on average and garlic bread at $3.50 or 6 for 2 was quite reasonable. Our order came to $42.40, a fairly average price for this sort of food.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was quite friendly and let me know there would be an hour wait (school holidays) and ordered around 7pm. Pizzas were ready around 7:40.

Service in store was great. Very friendly and happy to have a bit of a chat. The gentleman behind the counter let me know this place has only been around for about 6 months. My partner was also very intrigued in their range of desert pizzas!

Pizzas were fantastic. We had the Americano and the BBQ Buschy. They were hot, fresh and no skimping on toppings or sauce. Garlic bread was also very yummy. We will definitely be back.

We were travelling from Sydney to Coffs Harbour. We reached around early evening hours when everything was closed or getting closed. After travelling for around 5 hours we were very hungry and found this place on Google offering Vegetarian Pizzas. We reached and found that they were closing in few minutes coz they had an evening party booking for the entire venue. We requested Bec (Manager) and she was kind to serve us, but on one request. We would finish it in 30 mins. We agreed. And then we had the best time of the trip. We ordered the Veg Pizza options and they were right on time and super yummy. We were so happy with the Abby's (staff) customer service.

I recommend everybody to visit this place for their food and awesome customer service. Ben and Abby - whenever you are in Sydney, please get in touch. We would love to host you. :)

Best pizza I had in my life. Good Napoli sauce and the hollandaise sauce is well balanced. 10 out of 10

We got the sweet chilli and cheese loaded garlic bread and the pinapple cheese and ham loaded garlic bread aswell as some pizzas, and it was amazing!! Especially the loaded garlic breads!! We will certainly be back, everything was delicious!!

We usually order home delivery, but decided to dine in this time and we didn’t regret it.
The food and service were amazing, and so were the cocktails.
We will be making sure to dine in more often.

Great pizzas, really nice bases. The capricious was great, chilli prawn excellent. They took my call and even threw in a garlic bread and the delivery dude came out to the trial bay jail to give it to us.

Great business, excellent staff. Great pizzas. Well done. Will def order again.

I will give this place a 5 star rating we arrived on a very busy Monday nite the young girl who looked after us was awesome she new her job the pizzas were to die for don't forget to try there cocktails

Delicious pizza and wings!! We had the BBQ Buschy and it was fabulous. Staff were friendly and price is right for the amount of toppings you get! Would come back for sure 👌

Best pizza I have had in SWR so far. The pasta was just as amazing and their gnocchi is made in house. Came for the pizza, staying for the pasta.

Delicious pizza, didn't wait long, was so good got it again a few days later.

The pizza box say delicious pizza and it was spot on perfect base, not shy on toppings and tastes amazing. fantastic service.
The team went out of their way for someone who has heaps of allergies to ensure that they have an amazing and tasty experience.
Highly recommend. good pricing for a family and 3 pizzas and pasta went a long way.
The two little ones are super picky on food and even they finished all their food.

Excellent customer service. We ordered delivery on a particularly busy night and they phoned us to inform us our delivery would be a bit late. The pizza was delivered hot, full of flavour and they certainly didn't skimp on topping. So many delicious options.

Very good food - we had meatballs, BBQ chicken wings, Hawaiian pizza plus desert. It was the experience overall that we loved. We were offered a table even though we didn't have a booking, our waitress was very friendly and attentive. Kids loved the food saying it's the best pizza they ever had and one asking to go back for his birthday (it's in 8 month's time and we live nearly 4 hours away!). We'll look this place up again when we return to SWR.
