South West Rocks Country Club

Fantastic complex with 18 hole golf course, fitness centre, swimming pool, tennis courts and a restaurant and bar serving meals 7 days a week. Golf course has lovely greens, but they are on the hard side, not particularly receptive, fairways are a bit dry at the moment. The layout is interesting with a lot of variation including some shorter holes requiring some planning off the tee. Very nice and friendly golf shop staff and Green fees of $36 for 18 holes. Electric carts are available. Lots of wildlife on the course including Kangaroos and lizards.

A great community club for the locals as well as visitors from afar. Venue has got 5 lanes for 10-pin bowling, playground for kids under 10, lawn bowling, gaming lounge, etc.
They also got 2 ATMs here that allow patrons to deposit/withdraw cash straight outta their TAB accounts, free of charge!

Dropped in for a sandwich and a coffee at the club and a look at the golf course. Definitely will return for a round or two.

Called in as temporary members for a meal. Pleasant and friendly staff. Great food.

The bowling people are spectacular, the restaurant is great, the front desk is out of this world the chap who drove the bus was simply the best , the security lady in the auditorium is extremely poor at her job by turning a blind eye to jerks speaking so loudly while the artist is trying to introduce songs. So annoying, poor RSA rude mongrels waving at people trying to give them the eye to be quite. The male supervisor little better disappearing when the song finished to be not there when the loud mouths are destroying the ambience of the room.

The new south west rocks tenpin bowling at the country bowling club. We went there this morning had a good time. For thr 3 of us $35.00 . 1 game is $12.50, 2 games is $20.00, 3 games is $28.00. Check it out there is a bar as well 6 lanes. It is fantastic.

Delicious barramundi with green beans, kipler potatoes and fried capers..nice touch. Very friendly staff. Thank you.

The South West Rocks Country Club is a lovely club to visit, welcoming and friendly staff, varied sporting facilities. From the Bistro you can look over the sporting fields and watch the wallabies grazing. There is also an Osprey nest. Easy parking and meals are well priced and generous in proportions. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend SWRCC.

Great club, the social alley ten pin bowling is lots of fun and good food with a friendly service.

Had dinner in the bistro….perfectly cooked steaks. Cocktails delicious and staff were lovely. Got the courtesy bus from Ingenia holiday park …. a great night out😀

The Thai Food is fantastic - I haven't tasted better and its great value for money. The Club is open and airy and the staff are very friendly, nothing was a trouble. We even went a second time during the day and ate at the little Cafe. Again great food prepared there and then.
We will most certainly go back. The Barefoot Bowls was fun for all of us!

The meals were great, quite large and tasty. Deserts were a bit hit and miss with the cake and puddings being quite dry but for $7 was still good value.. pictured is the mixed seafood plate also great value for $40 and could be easily shared between 2 people..

This place is paradise , beautiful safe clean beaches & a meandering river full of fish. It's popular with families and couples , lovely, delicious food at 2 local taverns & numerous restaurants & cafes.Great shopping too, boutiques & gift shops.Much smaller than Port Macquarie is part of it's charm, far less crowded & no traffic!

Went here on a Tuesday night (after trying a local pub in town center the night before...which was very average )...wish I found this club earlier.
Super friendly staff and locals...many just happy to have a chat. Beautiful modern and spotless club great range of cheap tap beers.
I decided to try a steak in the Seasons Restaurant
..as luck would have it...$14 Tuesday special night.
I had a perfectly cooked medium rare Sirloin steak , steak cut chips, a tasty salad (unlike a lot a places that just throw in a few lettuce leaves and mini tomatoes for filler ) and a Schooner of Carlton Draft (you can choose any beer) for $14. REALLY? that's insane. I decided to stay for a few more beers in the comfy bar area...and when it was time to leave...the friendly courtesy bud driver was only too happy to take me back to the hotel.
I really am impressed with this club.

Sub $4 schooner in happy hour...... $14 meal inc a drink. Beautiful fresh flavours. The team always working hard during the covid restrictions. All round great experience. Will be back. Try the satay.
