Garden City Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Great value hotel, very good buffet breakfast, prices very reasonable. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. Had an amazing shower and great air conditioning. Only 10mins from city in car and 45mins by bus.

The hotel is not big but very clean. Breakfast was very good. Every employee is polite. Especially when I checked in on the afternoon of December 9th, Joes made me feel that he was very professional. I'm sorry that I may have misremembered his name, but he deserves praise. He told us he will leaving in two weeks and it was a very big loss. The room is clean and the details are well done.

This hotel is very nice and affordable. I recommend it for others to stay. It has very clean sheets on the bed and a nice bathroom, tv, fridge, towels, wardrobe, couch, table, kettle etc. I thought the buffet breakfast was perfect, anything you desire from breakfast food, toast and weetbix great! The yogurt and fruit so yummy! I didn’t try other items, but they had a range of breakfast cereal and hot food like eggs, bacon and beans. Slept so well in their clean beds. Would come back if staying in the area, only it’s a little bit away from Canberra cbd.

We had just checked in, very impressed - big & very clean hotel, well maintained, good service, bed are comfortable, Airconditioned, What more can i say, this deserves all the good praises, also very quite, lots of parking. Nice view in the window, towels smells good & good price too. - jane

Great service. Special mention to Shony who went out of her way to check us in a bit earlier than check in time. Great service as well from Jose who was on the night shift. Will definitely be back.

Nice clean rooms. Staff are amazing. Housekeepers were friendly, professional and very respectful. Jose at the front desk was just the nicest person. He couldn't help me enough. Highly recommend staying here. I will be back

Perfect place to stay on a budget staff are polite and service is 5 star. Pool and laundry aswell as all common areas are really well maintained and clean. Breakfast is great everything you could need from hot option like bacon eggs etc to standard breakfast items like wheetbix etc. Rooms are well serviced and cleaned every day. Plenty of parking with lifts to the second floor. Would highly recommend to anyone. Jose and the team here are awesome thanks for an enjoyable time

We have stayed here on two separate occasions, thank you Jose for you wonderful service what a lovely man you are. The breakfasts and tonight's room service dinner was so yummy and for such a good price, best we have eaten in Canberra this visit. Thank you again for wonderful and professional service. It's our place to stay when we visit family in Canberra. Would recommend it who want comfortable beds and lovely rooms plus meals and also a beautiful pool

Helpful staff, very clean, large rooms, great beds, good value for money. The hotel doesn't seem brand new but very well maintained and has been updated over it's life so the facilities are very good. Will likely be my go to in future when coming to Canberra.

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms really spacious and beds and pillows comfy. Fantastic cleaning daily with fresh towels and toiletries provided daily. Room service food was yummy and very generous servings. Very clean hotel. Great location. Highly recommended.

The hotel and the rooms are very good. The staff are excellent and specially Jose is always there to guide for any help you may need. Very friendly and cheerful batch of staffs. Excellent service for the price.

Great value for the price. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Beds are comfortable. Wifi is a bit laggy for watching videos online, but it is not that of a big problem.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, always showing a smile. The bed was very comfortable and the room spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent and dinner delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful service, room was comfortable and big enough for me to spread out. Bed and pillows were comfortable, shower was hot and strong. Only downside was the location, it's at least 40 mins bus ride away from anything.

Staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms are very clean. Location is a bit out if the way. But close to airport and dfo. Very quiet, but has pubs and clubs around, easy parking.

Great staff and fantastic service. The room was clean with small fridge minibar, coffee/ tea, iron board and iron. The receptionist was polite and very much service oriented. Bufet breakfast consisted of variety of options, all found to be delicious. Dinner menu, however was exactly the same as the room service. We then preferred to dine in another restaurant nearby (The German Club)

Had a great stay here when in Canberra. Nice room, clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. A little out of the CBD but that didnt bother us, pool area was great. Little bloke 9yrs really enjoyed it. Pretty reasonable rates to i thought. Recommend for an o night stay.
