This place is awesome for breakfast! They cook with love and use very good quality ingredients. Their chorizo is not too salty and tastes amazing. And the acai smoothie is the best I’ve ever had! They put a lot of good stuff in it. It’s a great place to start your day!

This review is in response the Nat Be's comments. What she stated is inaccurate to what actually transpired. I was seated inside with my friend at the window table and observed that you were feeding your dog as it sat on your lap. It was disgusting to witness. The dog even licked the bottom of your parner's wrap/sandwich when he kindly put it out towards you for you to try.

Food Service NSW's guidelines states that the restaurant can request customers to keep dogs on the ground and on a leash which is what she did.

And as for the 1/5 food review... you stated you didn't touch your food. How would you know what to rate it at. Your partner certainly enjoyed his food as he finished his meal (not to mention your dog).

Charming little cafe down the bottom near coal loaders. Great coffee and breakfast. Perfect eggs benedict and ham, cheese and tomato omelet. Dog friendly. Will definitely be back!

So earlier tonight, after I finished my sunset photography at 'The Coal Loader' and Balls Head Reserve, I decided to try dinner at this quaint looking cafe along Bay Road, at Waverton. It is housed in a cute, heritage-style building with a covered verandah right out to the roadway. The service was especially friendly and welcoming, featuring two young women who were the epitome of cool waitresses. And the food was truly excellent!! I had grilled barramundi, served on a bed of potato, with capers, green beans and cherry tomatoes. The barramundi was moist and delicious. I then had a dessert of rhubarb and apple crumble served with fresh raspberries and a super groovy sorbet. SO I am definitely going back to the Waterview Cafe in Waverton - very close to North Sydney!!

We love this place! Best Cafe in the area by far! Nice friendly staff and good vibe. I usually get the eggs Benedict . Its so tasty and well presented. Great location, close to the coal loader .

Oh and the cakes are amazing! Cant resist a nice Portuguese tart!

I prefer this place over the other options around with good breakfast and lunch choices to choose from. Food displayed is protected from the flies unlike...

This cute and cosy restaurant was recommended by a client, and it did not disappoint. I experienced an amazing dinner with wholesome authentic Italian meals, which were perfectly cooked and just the right portions. The welcoming service was helpful and friendly, with very reasonable prices, especially where lobster was involved. Definitely coming back for dinner again. Highly recommend.

Great place with a good vibe. I had a herb tea and muffin which were perfect. Amazing location. The workers were really nice. I loved the outdoor seating and views of Anzac Bridge. Highly recommended.

The avo toast is my choice. Fresh avocado, sliced tomatoes 🍅 and haloumi on toast with homemade pesto. Ask for extra pesto !!!

The owner was lovely and a huge hit with our 2 year old. The spicy potato dish is a must have so tasty like a favourite dish your mum or grandma makes 🙌🏻

Fantastic brunch with inventive and tasty dishes. I had a delicious crab omelette with chili and coriander seeds and hubby had truffled eggs. Both served with sliced fennel and greens and really yum. Coffee was great too and made according to our requests. We hadn't been to this cafe for a long time and not with the current management but will definitely be back again.
