I recently went looking for a bike to commute to work and dropped into Sydney City Motorcycles to check out the bikes in the showroom. Oscar the sales manager paired me up with the perfect machine I was looking for and without any hassle, I was on the road taking it for a test ride.
The bike more than meet my expectations and after a hand shake on a deal that included extended warranty and accessories, I can highly recommend dealing with Oscar and his team at Sydney City Motorcycles.

Spare parts department extremely helpful. Restoring a 1980s Yamaha....John K & others go above & beyond to find parts even at other dealers or from Japan. Frequently I have found their prices cheaper than I can find online, &/or they find parts that I couldn't find online. Best of all the service is cheerful & there is no sign of impatience even during lengthy searches for a long list of parts...seem only too happy to help. That has made my restoration a lot more enjoyable. I consider them friends and a very big asset for me.

Took my Tmax 530 in for a full service after noticing lag, clicks and clacks happening. Found very friendly and knowledgeable service, considering the chap I spoke to, had the same bike as me! Service was extremely thorough. All noises eliminated. Bike is like new, completely different ride. Really pleased. Not a cheap service for this bike, but worth every cent and more.

Went in to enquire about purchasing an MT10SP. Spoke to the sales guys, and then the new manager James.
James made it too easy for me to make the purchase and I put a deposit down that day. Smooth transaction ensued and I promptly received my awesome new bike.
James is a gentleman. He's got the hunger to make a sale and is just the man this business needed.
I was that impressed by the service I received, I returned a fee weeks later to purchase a new bike for my wife too. Ordered on Thursday, picked it up Saturday!

Apparently, I've visited their service department for changing tires and drive belt. They have been very prompt and helpful. One of the occasion, I had a small issue with the battery connection, I didn't have any appointment, however, I walked in and they fixed it without any dramas.
I would like to thank Mr. William and his team for all the help...keep it up the good work..
