Lovely, little local pharmacy. Pharmacists are really helpful and knowledgeable. They keep all my scripts on file, and have helped me out numerous times when there’s been issues.

Very helpful! The pharmacist took the time to check if they had a product in store before I drove there.

Very lovely, super friendly staff who are always very helpful and up for a good chat. I've been using this as my regular pharmacy for 2 years now and won't be looking to change any time soon.

Woah this is an expensive pharmacy. $25 for a cough syrup that costs $15 at my regular pharmacy (not even chemist warehouse). I'm all for supporting local, but not when they're price gouging. The lady who served me was friendly though.

The prices are double that of the chemist warehouse prices! Not sure what is the reason behind that?!!

The rudest staff I have come across, not just once but few times since I have been there. They were not at all helpful. The lady there had to be rude just to answer if my script has come through from my doctor.
One thing that is bothering me is how the lady told me the script has not come through and at the same time also said that she can’t open the mail. Does that mean she received the email but wasn’t able to open? Or she didn’t receive it at all? 🤔 And I just stood there like a fool thinking she was looking into it but no she wasn’t. She had already moved onto her next task and completely ignored me standing there. Not the best costumer service I would say.
Well never going there again and won’t recommend that place to anyone.

Not the greatest experience. I went in to grab a prescription yesterday. I handed my script to the lady on the desk and asked if it was okay if I popped out to grab some milk from the IGA next door while I waited - all good. When I returned less than 5 minutes later, they had accidentally misplaced my script. After a few minutes of asking for my name, checking the computer and looking around for it, the lady came back to the desk and said “sorry, it’s not my fault, it won’t be long now”… apparently the pharmacist put it under the wrong name? Sounds a bit concerning, but I understand that accidents happen…I waited another 5 or so minutes. Then the other lady handed me my medicine. I felt a bit uneasy as it was the first time I had taken this medication, so I asked “is this definitely the right medication?”, the lady then laughed uncomfortably, didn’t answer and passed me the bag… I opened the bag at the counter and noticed that the medicine had the wrong dosage on it …. I queried this and then lady took it back to the pharmacist to ask her. The pharmacist then said “oh yes” and replaced the sticker to change the dosage. I asked again if it was definitely correct and looked up at the pharmacist behind the back desk; she didn’t provide any reassurance and just nodded. I paid and left. I felt more uneasy about this experience as I got home as I then found that there was no information pamphlet in the medicine box. I know this isn’t always the case, however I will also note that no one at the pharmacy came to talk to me about the medicine when I picked it up (as pharmacists usually do?). I called my doctor when I got home to double check I received the right medicine and that the dosage was right.
I don’t normally write bad reviews and I understand that everyone has their “off” days, but I felt the need to write something as this experience did not sit right for me. Quite unprofessional and not reassuring at all. Felt as if I was inconveniencing the pharmacist for wanting to make sure my script was right.. I am all for supporting small community stores, but this is not the first bad experience here and I do not recommend these guys.. I will be heading back to AmcalPharmacy on coode st in the future. Thank you

Cannot fault the pharmacists at all they are incredibly helpful and this review does not reflect them personally. But on multiple occasions one of the older ladies on the front counter is always incredibly rude and stand-offish. I thought the first time that maybe she was just having a bad day but every visit since I have been met with the same response and have been made to feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcomed and that I am more of a hassle to her than anything. It is my local pharmacy but I would rather travel to another chemist any day.

This is my local pharmacy, literally walking distance but oh my god I'd rather drive 20 minutes than going to this pharmacy ever again.
All the 3 times I've been there I've been serve in by rude staff. An older lady twice who was rolling her eyes at me as I wanted to know the prices for the high fever medicine they have (as any customer should be able to do) it wasn't even busy for her to have that attitude, not like it would excuse it, but I'd kind of understand if it was the case (i work in customer service) Anyways, gave them another chance and another lady was serving me last week and same experience, they make you feel like they are doing you a favor by selling overpriced things to you, like really? I'm the one paying for the convenience, I get that, but at least be happy to take my money, it's not that hard!

The most absolutely rudest staff I have even come across. Walked out after the female chemist rolled her eyes at me and answered a question with "whatever". I will never step foot in there again!

Taking advantage of people , selling respitory masks that would cost a dollar normally for seven dollars as there are virus concerns. Not the most ethical of businesses clearly!

Same masks are 30 dollars for 20!

The lady that served me was very rude and watched me around the store and when I said I couldn’t see the prices she scoughed at me. As a young adult I felt very uncomfortable and will never return again.

Staff are incredibly rude and hostile for no apparent reason. Do not seem to want anyone's business.
