I was a first time customer at Fitchs Pharmacy and what an outstanding service they provided me.
They went above and beyond to help me even though they were very busy helping so many others.
The support, care and advice I recieved was second to none and I recommend them highly 😊

My family has used Fitch's Chemist for over 40 years. I know they are now part of the Pharmacy 777 family but their old fashioned polite customer service continues. Did Malaysian passport photos here, and they were accepted by the consulate. Good price. Friendly and quick service. Note to Scott - thanks for taking the time to check the spec, the consulate accepted the smaller sized version you gave me, and yes do not cut into individual photos, the consulate insists on doing it themselves.

Just had my third jab here. I’m an outright needle-phobe, just thinking about the things frighten me. They were quick, efficient and the pharmacist was personable, made me feel comfortable and at ease. For anyone who’s scared of needles or just wants a pharmacist with an awesome attitude drop in to these guys. Thank-you!

What a pleasure it is to walk into a pharmacy and immediately be attended with friendly, old fashioned customer service. There’s a great sense of customer comes first with this business. It may be tucked away and not have the flashy corporate look of the chain pharmacies, but nothing is too much trouble for the lovely staff here and you know they’re not going to rip you off with loyalty program gimmicks or advice driven by profit. They also stock some of the harder to find European cosmetics which is brilliant.

Fitch's Chemist has been my pharmacy for the last 15 years. They are a small family own business and all the staff is absolutely AMAZING... knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Unlike most other "discounted" pharmacy, they take the time to talk to you about your health and work together with you to find ways to improve it. I'm thoroughly impressed by how they are always keeping themselves up to date with the latest health research. Thank you for always giving me such amazing service. I can't recommend them enough.

I don’t live in Perth but every time I’m in the city I go out of my way to visit Fitch’s for all my pharmacy needs. The staff are friendly and polite and the Pharmacist’s always go the extra mile to give me advice and answer my questions. Having a pre-existing chronic condition, it gives me piece of mind to speak with the Pharmacist at Fitch’s. I have been assisted by a number of staff over time and they have all been amazingly helpful. I would highly recommend them.

The team here have been beyond friendly and helpful with advice and medication for a newly diagnosed chronic condition. Very much recommended and big thanks to the whole team supporting me!

These guys are top notch and very customer service oriented. They also have a nurse on duty that can help with writing prescriptions, doctors notes, etc.
Always cute stuff to keep you occupied while you wait for your prescription.
Cold drinks available. Great spot for Halloween/ costume makeup.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They are open early so it's handy when you get off at Perth Underground Station and you need something before work. Also having the Nurse Practitioner is fantastic. If you work in the city is so convenient to pop in there should your doctor be located out in the suburbs.

Great customer service and very happy with the products purchased. I was assisted by Gaby who helped me choose the right shade of Kryolan makeup for me and gave me a few makeup tips along the way as well. Highly recommend.

This pharmacy is so amazing it (and it's Nurse Practitioner Clinton) made a cameo in my best-selling novel "The Mirror Image of Sound"! Awesome staff, awesome service - fast, friendly, helpful and reliable. I don't go anywhere else.

This pharmacy is open from 6am! In Perth! Great for tradies like me that are feeling run-down! Went in this morning for some throat soothers and they gave me some helpful advice and recommendations. Great friendly service. 100% recommend.

The staffs are very experienced on products they sell. I.e. take a client through safety, usefulness, and credible scientific studies that back up some products; impressive. Expensive though, but, won't you appreciate your health over cost? Recommendable chemist for everyone everyday

A lovely gentleman helped me out with some emergency hand sanitiser for our office when we couldn't find any ANYWHERE. The panic buying is a pandemic in its own right and I really feel for the true heroes in retail, hospo and medical services who are putting themselves at risk only to be whined at by selfish (insert favourite expletive)s who are going to get this virus anyway. And thus begins the Apocalypse - I'm glad I bought wine this week.

The most friendly service and excellent knowledge. Genuine care shown when trying to help me with my medicine and also a beautiful gift for my mum! Couldn't recommend this family pharmacy more!!
