Its hard to find transparent people in the construction industry. Sudipto and his team has been exceptional in this case. I went to Sudipto with a customised construction plan. He and his team tried their best to do justice with it. Satwik has been helpful as a SS as well. So far AusDream Built has maintained their post construction support. As a first home buyer, the process of buying a land and building a house is really stressful. We got referral from my colleague who is another Ausdream Built's satisfied customer and from the moment we met Sudipto, we knew we had made the right decision building with Ausdream Built. We had a bit of issue with our land which delayed our project, but Sudipto and his team specially Andy helped us overcome all the hurdle to get the design approvals to commence our project. Since the project has commenced, special thanks to Piyal who has been managing the project really well and kept us updated regularly with the progress, never had to chase for an update. So far we are really happy with the project's progress and is tracking well in terms of timelines. Looking forward to move into our first home. The entire designing and building process with Ausdream Built was very pleasant. The builder Sudipto was very professional and friendly and had extensive knowledge of building a new home. We chose to build with Sudipto because of my closet friend referred us. The workmanship and build quality was way above expectation. They handled all the issues during construction very well. The idea of going through the different phases of construction of our first home was always daunting for me till I meet Sudipto and his team at AusDream Built. They have been involved throughout the process and guide me through to make it especially in this COVID era. Since we wanted to build a custom-built home, we have spent lot of time going through different display homes and builders but Ausdream Built understood our requirements and deliver the home that we had in ours mind. I reached out to AusDream Built in April 2023 to get a quote for a double storey house. Sudipto very quickly organised a meeting and we had our initial discussions, and soon after that I had a quote. That’s how our journey with AusDream Built began, and then our land registered in July 23 and CDC was approved in Nov 23. During this time, Sudipto and his team provided all the guidance that we needed to come together with a floor plan, finalise the tender and get the plan approved. It has been an absolute please to work with AusDream Built so far, always having a can do and helping attitude. I have found them to be honest and open with their dealings and having best interests of their clients at heart. He demonstrated in depth knowledge and patience. He never gets boarded. You will always return with a big smile after talking to him.
