Great staff, amazing product range considering location!

Amazing to witness the rudeness of the grey nomads didn't fazy the staff member behind the counter he proceeded to help the old cranky dude as much as possible.

Nothing but great customer service, good product knowledge and went above and beyond when specialised press fit was required working with businesses in the community. Thankyou we are back on the road again.

Repco has been seeing a decline in the main cities in Australia.
However, the Broome branch has been top notch. Sure some parts can take time to arrive, but if you think how far Broome is from every warehouse it's remarkably good.

It's a bit under-staffed at times (again, we're talking Broome which sees massive seasonal changes). Otherwise, staff has always been helpful and friendly. Best parts in the area and will happily go there again.

Great customer service from Auburn hair young lad. Nothing was too much trouble for him, very knowledgeable and well mannered. Well done! Good customer service is rare these days!

Yesterday I received excellent friendly service from a gent a this store by the name of Emlyn. He was a pleasure to deal with. Little things like carrying the 10 litre tub of oil to the car for us are appreciated. Ian and Beryl Townson

Very well equipped - I dare to say: better than stores in Perth! Big range of parts in stock, saved me from getting it couriered from Perth.

My car developed a noisy driveline CV on the trip back from Cape Leveque to Broome and my wife and I were unable to risk the drive home to Karratha. Unfortunately niether the Ford dealership nor the auto parts stores in Broome had the part in stock, including Repco. After chatting with Bronwynne at Repco, she suggested it would be a few days before the part could be delivered due to the ANZAC day public holiday and it was very expensive. She was very helpful however and suggested a couple of options, including a local Ford fanatic that may be able to help.

After unsuccessfully trying a couple of patch up fixes using parts from Repco (universal CV boot and grease), I eventually bit the bullet and ordered a new CV, then advised work I would be late back home by a couple of days. Bronwynne well and truly looked after me only charging me approximately 1/2 of the original quoted price including air freight! The part arrived a couple of days later and I had a trouble-free 830km trip back to Karratha.

Thanks Bronwynne and team for looking after me, it is great to receive such fantastic customer service when you are in a pickle like I was - it makes the experience so much more bearable.
