This place was amazing. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the housekeepers. The rooms were big and spacious with a clean kitchen and bathroom, was stocked up with clean towels everyday and kitchen/bathroom needs. Great location as well as we were walking distance to the lake, shops, plaza and restaurants. Also great views from the balcony.

Lots of areas for walking and good to have a look around.
Underground parking is 2.1mt clear and guest parking could be outlined or signed a little better.
Other than that I think I'll be happy to stay here for the week while I work away from home.

Reception and cleaning staff are amazing. They make you feel like you're at home. They also have this delicious café at the bottom that is a must go and see. Close to the bus interchange like literally 1min walk and like 2min walk from the main mall and restaurants in the suburb. So it's a great location.

The 1 bedroom unit was an excellent choice. The unit was clean. A full kitchen with large fridge. There was a washing machine and dryer. The lounge area was comfortable. A good size dining table plus a separate desk. The huge bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were serviced daily. Off the foyer is the best coffee cafe ever! Wonderful coffee and the best breakfast wraps! Again very friendly staff. The undercover parking was a plus with the unpredictable weather.

Bed was comfy till Wifey and I got a bit frisky . After 15 minutes of fun the bed started to come apart. It was to late as we relised it was two single beds joined together, the gap widened. Poor wifey disapeared down the gap. Alll in all not to bad. I followed her and finished the day with a smile

Easy parking. Rooms neat and tidy with all amenities good for a comfortsble stay. Very quiet and good value for money. Adjacent clubs, shops and services were all within very close and easy walking distance. Overall good value for money.

If in Canberra it's the first place I look. Have stayed here many times in several different rooms, never disappointed. About 20mins from the city. Great spot located walking distance of a large shopping centre and restaurants. Reception is always a please to deal with. On-site parking is available at a little additional charge.

We've enjoyed our stay, the room was clean and well maintained. In the room we had everything we needed for our one week stay. The shopping centre is just in front, Woolworth is open until late.

Very clean, modern and comfortable. Well furnished with very friendly staff. Good location near restraunts and shops. A great choice if you are staying in Canberra with only a short drive to the city centre.

This accommodation is now our preferred ACT venue. Well appointed rooms with clothes washing machine. Adjacent shops Tuggeranong. Close to the lake - pleasant walk. Easy after hours access.

I stayed in the 1 bedroom appartment for 2 weeks and was very happy with my stay. Clean, modern and high end rooms. Free wifi and Sat TV. Full kitchen and washing machine, dryer included.

Great value accommodation lovely, modern, clean with great facilities, modern kitchen facilities, dishwasher, cooking facilities including oven, in room washing machine and dryer and right next to the shopping centre and Anketell st restaurants.
By far the best option this end of Canberra. Highly recommend.

Only concern was the fire alarm was activated but there is nobody there after hours so it was confusing as to what was happening

Room is tidy and spacious, service is good. Definitely will go back there.

Very nice and neat accommodation, was only an overnight trip for me so didn't get to really enjoy all the features. Would definitely recommend as accommodation on a multiple night/extended trip.

Very impressed, with the unit I was allocated, except that for a dog friendly hotel, I'm not too sure it is very dog friendly as access to grassed areas is not available onsite.
