I recently purchased a TV with the Good Guys and I cannot fault the service I was given. I spoke with Aaron and he was extremely knowledgeable on all products that I had 101 questions about. Once I purchased my TV the team and Ron out at the dock were also helpful with assisting me with putting my TV into my vehicle for a safe travel home. They really do help people with better for less, A+ plus effort.

My default appliance store. Always helpful. And they keep a copy of transactions so that when a couple of years later or more they can check whether the appliance is still under warranty for me. Always helpful and polite and friendly.

Chantelle has provided the best customer experience each and everyone I have gone to this store. She has always been so helpful, resourceful and was able to give me the exact product I need along with useful information about the product I didn’t know in advance. Chantelle is fantastic and is worth creditting!!

I’ve always had a great experience shopping at Good Guys Tuggeranong, my husband and I got our kitchen renovated 3 years ago and we bought all our appliances from Good Guys Tuggeranong, we had a wonderful sales assistant Chantelle help us make our kitchen our dream kitchen, Xmas just passed I bought some men’s clippers for my husband and again had a wonderful experience with the sales assistant Chantelle’s help in finding the product that fit my needs, whenever my family or friends are looking to buy electronics I tell them to go to Tuggeranong Good Guys

Bought a TV and Speakers from the Tuggeranong store after weeks of research. Both the people who helped me were extremely knowledgeable and helped me feel comfortable with my purchase. There was a bonus offer that was through the manufacturer (not store) and they sorted this out for me. Great Service and Great Price!!

The Good Guys Tuggeranong is a large store that stocks most things from large kitchen appliances such as ovens, stoves and fridges, to small kitchen appliances such as mixers and food processors from KitchenAid and Kenwood, to TVs, computers and more.

The staff here are very friendly and super helpful; and willing to price match other stores. They can even look up the prices from other stores to compare and offer a competitive price. Customer service at this store is exemplary.

Worth a visit.

Cannot recommend this place enough!! Super friendly and helpful staff, as soon as I walked in, staff were there to help me. Very knowledgeable and don't try to rip you off by selling you the most expensive items. Definitely my new go to shop for everything electrical

We went to look for refrigerators and Lindy helped us. We didn’t end up buying anything due to the measurements not meeting our requirements however, Lindy was very patient and knowledgeable, and we really appreciated the help. Wonderful experience 👍

Had the exact fridge in stock I was after where other ‘big box’ stores would have had to back order with weeks of waiting. Ordered online, went to the front counter, was directed to the loading dock, friendly storeman loaded it into my vehicle and I was gone in 10 minutes total.

Big thumbs up after today's experience. Returned (without a receipt) a faulty Noirot heater purchased seven years ago. Staff promptly exchanged for a brand new one. No fuss. I'm very happy with the customer service and would always shop here.

My venue of choice for "white goods" and my 5 star rating applies to this area. Usually a good range and items are often immeduately available for delivery. Staff are always courteous and helpful and very amenable to discounting. Computing offerings, desktops, laptops and tablets, however, are usually dated and not really competitive. They have a range of audio and video offerings also but I cannot comment in this area. They often have in-store end of line items heavily discounted so keep an eye out for them when entering the premises.
