Staff were extremely helpful for my visit, very understanding and supportive when I was feeling quite overwhelmed for my cat

I have been returning there for over 2 years and every visit has been value for money, particular after my golden retriever was mauled and treated the same evening. As to what my dog thinks, she is always excited to go there, given the extra attention the staff give her. However the best new thing was discovery of the Greencross Vet 'Healthy Pets Plus" Care Plan, we both gain more; my dog gains great care and I save more.

Greencross have been our preferred vets for the last 3 years. They take excellent care of our dog and cat and their partnership with Healthy Pets Plus is fantastic value.

I've been taking my dog Olive to this vet since she was a pup, and today I called to book her an appointment as she has an ear infection. I know things are difficult given the current circumstances and I just wanted to pop on here and thank you all for everything you do. The gentleman i spoke to was super informative; I forgot to grab his name, but I really hope this reaches him. Thank you all for your service, unfortunately sometimes essentials workers hard-work can go unnoticed but I want you all to know that its appreciated on our end, thank you for looking after our furry little friends!! -Olive and Tamzin

Love all the vets here! They all love my pit bull, Bentley, and he loves them back. They recently operated on him to remove a tumour - hence his get-up 😂 we’ve come back for 3 post-op check ups (one because we were paranoid about his incision site, he was fine!). Haven’t had a bad experience yet. The staff are very caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Greencross vets Tuggeranong, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Go out of their way to explain everything to you and what is best for your pet. I've been going for years now and have both my cats under the healthy pets Plus program, which in my opinion is great and provides excellent value for money.

The Calwel vet receptionist, vet nurse and vet were all very friendly and helpful, both the nurse and vet were gentle and clearly explained all the procedures that they were doing to our cat.

Absolutely lovely and kind help for a lost 12 year old cat that I'd taken in for help and assistance.
I've actually adopted the cat and look forward to many years of her life with the wonderful assistance from the Greencross vets assisting in her life and wellbeing.

So after some 27 years (2 dogs), our relationship with the Calwell Vets may have come to an end with the passing of our much loved pet. We have always experienced exceptional, friendly and responsive service. Whether it be minor common matters or more complex surgery. In the final weeks of our pet's life, the support and care provided to make her time more comfortable was very much appreciated. And on that final day (and afterwards) the compassion shown was also appreciated. Special shout out particularly to Dr Ben (and also Dr Wayne). Our pet seemed to pep up each time she was with Ben. Thanks also to the awesome support team - you all do a great job and your customer service is brilliant.

Very impressed with Dexter's dental treatment. Easy and quick admission, kind vet nurse who understood our concerns, a phone call when he came out of anaesthetic to let us know all was well, and an easy pick up. The vet explained his aftercare well and it cost much less than we were quoted. Plus his teeth are now beautiful - they look like new veneers.

Staff are always lovely and helpful, they are able the answer all of my questions and have been wonderful with helping my pup with anxiety get his necessary vacations and they were absolutely fantastic when he had to have surgery, they explained clearly what they were doing and made me feel confident about leaving him to get the surgery! I would definitely recommend them!

When my cat was so sick I didn’t think she would survive, Calwell vet was the only vet who would see her immediately without an appointment. I tried my regular vet and a few others and was told they had no appointments until after Xmas. However, the beautiful receptionist at Calwell told me to bring her in immediately, which I believed saved her life. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Calwell and I have decided to make Calwell my family vet from now on. They are my heroes.

A great little place to take you little furry friend when they are in need. Very welcoming and very friendly staff. Plenty of parking. They offer food, treats, toys and have pet medicine on hand. They looked after my pup a few weeks ago and she was great the next day. Lovely place to take your pet.
