I had an amazing staff member( sorry didn't get her name )very patiently explained and demonstrated on how to use a piece of equipment which I got for my kid rather than just saying read the instructions ( which she also advised after she finished).you could see she wanted to genuinely help .

Very short wait times to get my scripts filled, and they price match what I pay at Chemist Warehouse. A really good local chemist.

We have been on the road for several months. We had a telephone consult with our GP and received prescriptions on SMS. The first script was dispensed in Emerald Qld. We next needed scripts while in Tuggeranong. Fortunately we visited this pharmacy. The pharmacist knew how to work with this new technology. He put us on a good app to get our repeats. When we went back a few weeks later, the technology was still having teething troubles. Same pharmacist got the problem sorted and was most helpful. Even provided us with the QR code’s on paper for future reference. Highly recommended. Thanks.

Great staff. Very helpful. Both pharmacists have been excellent with assistance with scripts and even some advice for my young daughter that was a godsend. Highly recommend

Have been going to this pharmacy since I found out the one closest to me (Lanyon) was artificially inflating prices and blaming the manufacturer. Great customer service and Oscar the pharmacist is kind and friendly.
