Highly recommend John from Reliance Locksmiths! I had 5 locksmiths (yes 5! From 5 seperate companies) to come and do a quote for a new digital front door lock, deadbolt and some new sliding door locks and he was not only the most competitively priced but the most friendly and prompt! John is a genuine kind of guy who went the extra mile and at the end of the day provided good old fashioned customer service! I called to ask for a quote and by early the following week he had come out to see what needed to be done, followed that up with quote that night, when booked to do the job he booked it in for the following week, turned up on time each time, did the job and cleaned after himself.

We had John out to to replace an electronic front door lock and rekey some locks to match the new security screens. He replied promptly to emails and was friendly, and very easy to communicate with, not to mention that he did a great job! my Sportage decided to be a difficult job to program a new remote, John worked hard to find a solution and after all that hard work, he succeeded. This wonderful gentleman saved my bum the other night. Looking for as locksmith near me to enquire about a key for my old filing cabinet. I was refurbishing it to save money as i am starting a new business.
I never had a key for it but when i called John from Reliance locksmiths, on a public holiday mind you and gave him the code, he was more than happy to help and speedily cut two for me at a great price, and they worked.

I have required John's services twice now and I can say he will be my go to locksmith going forward. John was very patient in listening to my needs and was able to assist in my requirements beyond my expectations. He managed to rekey my whole house including my letter box to a single key rather than having 5 separate keys. And it was done quickly and reasonably. Gave John a call to fix a deadbolt I was having a problem with around 8am. By 10.30am he was there and by 11.00am the problem was fixed. Great friendly service that didn't cost the earth. Mobile EFTPOS was a big plus as well. Would use Reliance again without a worry.
