Koolinda By The Bay

Koolinda By The Bay is an outstanding property that can not be faulted! We stayed in January during the 2021 wet season. This property has so much living space - both inside and out and the pool is simply amazing! Large bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and fully functional outdoor bbq area complete this beautiful property. Communication with (Donna) the property owner and (Sandy) the cleaner/property manager is a breeze - they are wonderful people. This was our second stay at Koolinda and will not be our last!

Stayed for 10 nights with extended family and friends - amazing and beautiful home close to everything. A BBQ terrace to die for and location is top notch and just a few minutes to everything. This is a huge home with 4 separate areas allowing everyone their own space - great pool that is solar heated and always a lovely 26 degrees. A huge and high end kitchen for the fussiest cook and same goes for the bbq which is gigantic and commercial type and drinks fridge as well. Our afternoon ritual was a drive up cable beach - set up the camp chairs that were in the garage at Koolinda and have a few sundowners on cable beach. (NB watch the tide) Then we would drive back to Koolinda for a huge cook up and drinks on the terrace. Weather was perfect and everyone in Broome is sooooo friendly. The owners of this home checked on us multiple times and catered to our every need. Highly recommend staying here with your family and friends. This would have to be the most luxurious private home for rent in Broome.

Great location near sea. Doing a lot of work here, it will be great when finished. Spent a fortune on antennas and Sat king and cannot get any reception. To many trees and large houses. Staff very nice and helpful. If you stay here make sure you are not at back of park.
