Praga Cafe

The Praga Cafe has a nice ambience and the staff were very warming and friendly. Good coffee and very good breakfast with a lot of variety at reasonable prices. A place I would happily visit again.

Great little cafe, prices are very reasonable considering the amount of quality food you get. Coffee is well made and tastes amazing. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Would recommend.

Gorgeous food. Great service that goes above your expectations. Oh, and the coffee. Best I've ever had when made by the owner. We love going to this place. It deserves 10 stars.

I had the chefs breakfast burger and my goodness it was amazing. I'm not sure what sauce they use, but it was one of the greatest things I have ever tasted.
Also the coffee was solid.
Overall, would absolutely recommend.

Literally so happy we discovered this gem in Dickson. Food is simple & delicious but they have so many options and everything is reasonably priced unlike almost every other cafe/restaurant in ACT. This place resembles old-style suburban Australia and i freaking love it!! The staff are always happy & helpful with absolutely anything and will go out of their way to get you anything you need. People that worry about time of service need to relax & enjoy, it’s such a nice spot and I will keep coming back!

Really kind and friendly staff. Super welcoming and very patient. The food was really delicious and pretty cheap given how expensive most cafe food is these days. Whilst it might not look the most glamorous or trendy it is definitely worth a visit !!!

Back to my favourite cafe in Dickson at Praga Cafe, I was not there for many months.
I come in for breakfast 😋, and I love their breakfast foods 😋.
Come inside, and see their are new owners, I ask how long you have been at the cafe, she said about two months ago.

I ordered my breakfast and cappuccino, in short time the food was on the table 😋, their service is fantastic 👌.

Staff worked fantastic, to be best to service their customers in the cafe 😀.

Not only serve the breakfast, but also the lunch 😋, have no time to sit down, there is a Takeaway meal and Takeaway your favourite drinks or coffee 😀.

You may like this in the morning 🌄, smoked salmon and avocado 🥑 in bagel 🥯 😋 cheese, or bacon 🥓 and 🥚 egg roll, with a coffee ☕ 😋.
Lunch may like fishman basket 🧺 😋, or chicken Schnitzel 🐔 😋 with hot 🔥 or cold 🥶 drinks.
Main more wonderful delicious 😋 meals.

The first time I came to the cafe over 50 years ago in the 1970s. I met the first owner in the cafe, and then years later, the family took over the cafe and named Praga and stayed over 15 years.
The new owner comes and takes over the Praga Cafe, come and help the small business, so this cafe 😊 can still be opened for years 😊.
I will still come for my best cappuccino and cakes 🎂 🥮.

So glad we walked in to checkout this cafe, it looks and smells delicious with a calm atmosphere probably from the inexpensive options which are very filling and appetising. The staff are professional and courteous.
We dined here 4 times in 2 days it was so good. Looking forward to visiting again.

Really nice Cafe to stop for a quick brunch bite.
The service is prompt and friendly, lots of regulars coming in and being greeted which is nice to see.
The value of the specials is really good, you'll get something very nice for a decent price.
Food was tasty and well worth the value as well as arriving quickly.

Outdoor seating is pleasant on a spring morning, although the occasional gust of wind is chilly.

My favourite is the brekky wrap with its generous servings.

Just saw the staff hand feeding the local friendly magpie. Very cute.

Highly recommended for the morning nourishment.

Had brunch on a Monday. Excellent food. Bacon cooked to perfection. Coffee was great and tasted like coffee not warm milk. Value for money. Definitely going back again.

Amazing vibes, I love the energy and the atmosphere the place gives . The men serving were extremely polite and lovely. Lots of regulars and loved watching the banter between both customer and workers. The food and drink were very affordable but on top of that extreme delicious and a large quantity compared to other cafes .best cafe in Dickson I reckon . defiantly got a new customer now .

Had breakfast here, food was amazing, good coffee

We ordered two Parma’s (praga and pat) two coffees and a caramel slice. The chicken was really good, and the chips were nice and crispy. Chorizo was perfect. Coffee was yum, and the slice was good too. Great service, polite and hospitable. Recent change of ownership yet still a delightful meal.

For the price, I was really satisfied with the quality and quantity of the food and coffee. I ordered the smoked salmon bagel, and it came out hot, crispy and delicious. The hazelnut latte was so good that after my meal, I ordered 2 more coffees for takeaway. Staff were friendly, and I would definitely come back again
