Post office no longer offers over the counter services. Nearest PO is now Beenleigh

I would give it zero if possible. Did not leave a small parcel in my carport. Did not make sure the collection card was secured and I only found it nearly a month later. Impossible to contact them by phone! Not happy Jan! Where is my parcel???

Was supposed to receive item today, called up to ask, they said it was still coming today, never came, didnt even notify me that it wasnt coming, waited all day when i had things to do for nothing.
