Absolutely awesome. Rooms were great. Simple.and comfortable and very clean. Nice and private and so quiet. The perfect place to relax and just wind down with my partner. I had to bribe her to leave when our time was up!! Definitely going again and again and again.

It was the most fantastic place I stayed in Australia during my three weeks trip for me. It’s the best place to feel the clean air and the wind out of city noise and dust. As my hometown I’ve been living in for 25yrs is a busy city, the nature of this place was amazing. It was quiet and peaceful. The sound of the birds filled my heart, and it was much more beautiful than any song. I loved everything about this place, and I hope this place will remain the same until I visit Australia someday again.

EcoRidge Hideaway is a wonderful way to slow down and relax in a small but comfortable chalet style studio cabin.
The emphasis is on green eco friendly but 'no sacrifice indulgence' as you have the luxury of a wood heater and 2 person spa pool to soak away the stresses of life! All accomplished with solar hot water, solar power, worm farm and worm powered septic. Exercise can be had on site by doing the 3 km steep circuit while enjoying the abundant bird life.

What a wonderful stay. The room was so tidy and cosy. The spa just topped off the perfect stay. The view from the balcony was amazing. Honestly I highly recommend staying here. I know we'll be back.

This place is a jewel. It’s barely out of the city but far enough to leave civilisation behind and step into a heaven of tranquility and peace. Whether it rains or sunshine, this little haven has it all to relax you and refresh you soul with nature all around you overlooking the magnificent valley and the bird life is to die for. Thank you so much - it was well worth the couple of nights we stayed there

This is our second visit here, fantastic little getaway and it was the perfect end to a long 3 weeks on a road doing 3500 + kms up north. The weather made a turn (drizzly rain) for almost 24 hours but hey the fire place made up for that! So instead of the walk along the property's trail we opted to stay in watch some DVD'S burrowed from the reception's library and just CHILLAX !

If you are looking for a place to relax & unwind for 2-3 days or more then this is it, so peaceful and quiet but be warned you'll be visited by the local Maggies, Kookaburras and other native bird life in the morning whilst having a cuppa on the deck over looking the amazing view. Oh and a few other furry friends below the deck at ground level being Scrub Bush Turkey's, Wallabies and you'll hear a few Moooooo's from the local Milk Dairy hidden in the bushes way down the Valley below.

Special mention and thanks must go out to Sylvia & Greg (Merci) for their OUTSTANDING hospitality once again, nothing is ever too difficult. Apologies to Greg about nearly using up all the wood on our departure but hey 3 nights and 2 days staying in that fire was just so inviting! ("Firewood & Candles") ..... Gotta Love Mr Paul Kelly, a true Aussie Lyrical Genuis!

Anyway my partner and I cannot speak more highly of this hidden gem on the outskirts of T Bar, do NOT hesitate and get at least 2 nights for a sneaky weekend getaway. Cannot wait to return, pure Bliss !

OMG the best place to get away, self contained chalets. We stayed in the Bushland chalet 2 bedroom great views, facilites are extremely clean and echo friendly the modern bathroom was a winner sooo big. Stove, good sjze fridge microwave and TV all there for you
NO horns, no cars screeching no neighbours arguing peace and quiet.
Great place to quiet the mind. Wildlife at night feeding around the huts beautiful . The owners are delightful and accommodating.

If you are all people'd out this is the place for.

Great night away. We stayed in the ironbark chalet. The views and property were stunning and easy to find. The chalet was well planned out, warm and welcoming. The bed was super comfy and it was overall a very enjoyable stay. The fire place was a treat and so was watching the birds from the deck. The owners were very nice and great comunicators. Highly recommend.

Emaculately clean, beautiful bed linnen, we arrived in the evening to a beautiful fire and warm, invititing environment. Beautiful views, with amazing birds to see and photograph, very tranquil, we loved the special touches, chocolates on the bed, coffee in the fridge. We will definately be returning for a longer stay next time. Great place to organise a family holiday away, each family can book their own chalet.

What a wonderful night away. Went to a wedding at Preston Peak Winery and the wife chose here to stay. Such a warm welcome and the owners went above and beyond to make sure everything went to plan. Cabin was amazing with a view second to none. Only regret is we didnt stay longer!!! Would highly reccomend.
